universal studios get away
hotel and rooms were very clean.the breakfast was alright you can't beat fresh waffles.the best part about this hotel was the shuttle service to and from the hotel to universal studio as well as the city walk.my friends and i had a great time at universal studios and will definatly stay there again.

Average--Nothing Bad--Would Stay Again
Everything was okay. There was nothing spectacular. My room was clean, and a special request regarding its cleaning was honored. The fitness room had only one treadmill (with nowhere to put a water bottle or phone) in addition to three other cardio machines. Breakfast selection was limited but edible. The place was quiet and felt safe. I was on the third (out of four) floor, and the water pressure was fine, with hot water available quickly.

There's an IHOP across the parking lot from the hotel, and there are a KFC, Taco Bell, and Waffle House all within sight of the hotel.

It was just ok!
the location was good but the room has its own issues. First, they put me in one handicapped room, which I thought it was not appropriate in the first place. Second, the hotel sheets had stains on them. Hotel staff were nice though.

Grandma Virginia
Really good vacation spot.
It was a wonderful 3 days, we when to spend Thansgiving with my grandaugher that live close to Universal, because she could not come home this year, so we all decided to go there. With me there where 3 more rooms occupied, one by a couple from North Carolina (friends) one by my youngest daughter & her daughter and another one by my oldest daughter mother inlaw, so we all had a very good reunion, also when to Universal on friday all day. All it was a wonderful experience, we had already stay at this hotel couple more times before.

Good hotel for the money
My friend and i stayed there while in Orlando to visit Universal studios. Our stay was pleasant and like you would find at any hotel and was a good deal. The only thing that bothered me was that the maids would come in to replace towels and clean. The didn't replace all the dirty towels with clean ones, the hand towel had the same bbq sause mark on it the ENTIRE stay. It made me wonder what else might not be as clean as we think...

Fantastic and fabulous
The pool and whirlpool were wonderful. The room was better than expected. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The price was excellent for what we received. The only thing I would like to see is a little variety in the breakfast items served daily. The food was very good, but the same things served each day - not a criticism, only a suggestion. Loved it all!!

Great location for Universal Studios
Everyone was very friendly and especially helpful when I left my phone charger in the room. The room was very clean and the bed very comfy. This hotel is within walking distance to Universal Studios if you don't feel like paying the outrageous price of parking at the park

Great location
The hotel was clean. The free breakfast was very good. Location for theme parks was excellent. When we requested some help for our room, it was acted upon immediately.

Texas to Florida trip
I really enjoyed the Hotel. I wish they would have told us the hours of operation for the parks change consistently.

It is cheaper to get a cab for one person then it is to drive. $5.50 each way. parking is $15. During the nights of Horror in October the Hours of Operation for both Universal Studio parks change and can be different from each other.
