Greeat location!
great location! close to universal studios! closed to all parks, stores and other attactions. like wet & wild, pirtaes show right across the street. Go see it's fun. Fun spots. Go karts were the best! WE HAD A BLAST

Nice but not unbelievable
The location was great for HHN. We could have walked to universal. The pool is shaded by the buildings. This is nice for the pool deck but the pool was not heated and therefore was cold even though it was early dec. The room had great eye appeal but was much smaller than the pictures suggested. Small things that could be fixed to make it perfect but all in all it was a great hotel. Having a kitchen saved us as much $ as we spent on the hotel room. We were able to party all night without bothering anyone. Wall were extremely sound proof.

HOME AWAY FROM HOME
THE LOCATION IS CLOSE TO EVERYTHING THE ANYONE WOULD WANT TO DO IN ORLANDO, FLORDIA. THERE IS NO HOUSEKEEPING AT THE HOTEL, BUT THAT WAS NOT A PROBLEM FOR ME OR MY FAMILY, WE JUST HAD TO CLEAN UP AFTER OURSELVES. THE HOTEL HAD A LOCATION ON THE PREMISE WERE TICKETS TO THE LOCAL AMUSEMENT PARKS AND OTHER ATTRACTION IN THE AREA COULD BE PURCHASED. THIS HOTEL HAVE BREATH TAKING VIEWS AND THE STAFF IS HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY.

Dirty, terrible service
Rooms were ok, although the service at the front desk was terrible they only have one person after 10 pm and I have to wait 45 minutes just to check in because 3 persons were in front of me. It was very dirty, at night you could see all the garbage all around the trash cans.

Very convenient to Universal and Disney. Rooms were large and well appointed. Two bedrooms and 2 baths plus living room and 3 t v's...all for $82/night...hard to beat.

Enjoyed our stay
Two bedroom villa with kitchen & washer/dryer. Everything was very clean and appeared very new. We discovered that the hotel is actually timeshares, so there was no "free coffee/tea packets" but there was a coffee pot. You could get a free cup of coffee in the lobby. The hotel overlooks the lake that adjoins Wet N Wild so the view is very pretty. Very convenient location just a block off of International Drive. After checking in they asked us to stop by the travel desk to get our free gift, but it was a promo to try and sell you a timeshare so we just excited the line.
