Nice place.....disinterested service

Staff was rather disinterested in most things other than chattering on their cell phones. Room was clean but never once finished in 5 nights, something was always left undone. Calls to guest services were no help either so we just put the do not disturb sign on the door the last 2 days. Overall the property was nice, could be great if the employees cared.

Good for vacation not for business trip

No free Internet-Access It is not a hotel, it's appartments which was not shown when I booked. For breakfast you have to drive somewhere which is the most negative experience here. This location is good for family vacations but definitely not for business trips.

Ordinary place. inconsistent service.

good for an inexpensive get away with kids. not for business traveler. off the beaten path. other than on property restaurant and services everything was a taxi ride or drive away. Service was spotty at best. if Disney is a 10. This is a 4

Is the bath worth it?

We chose this resort because it had a 2 bedroom suite and the master bedroom also had a jacuzzi tub. They also offered a free shuttle to Universal. As soon as we checked in we had to wait in line for someone to try to push a 2 hour free breakfast/meeting about all the resorts that they own. When I politely declined the offer and asked for my keys, the man replied "what you are saying is that you don't care." I told him that we had a busy schedule with the parks that we wanted to see and that he could make a reservation for us but we would not be attending. He got angry and stormed off to grab the key to our room. What a great way to start. The room was absolutely wonderful and I would recommend it to a family that would like another bedroom for the children.
