Our feeling....

We just used the room to sleep there. The room was good, tub directly next to the bed. The shower floor was quite filthy, we used it with flip-flops. What we didn't liked was this is a timeshare location. So they tried to get us in one of the presentations for discounted tickets for Disney, etc.. So, we had to talk to 3 people to get our room key. Nevertheless the staff has been very friendly and not pushing as at home. Btw you also get discounts at the Official Tourist Information in International Drive.

Renter Beware! Truth not told

Hotel decent. The BIG disappointment came at Check in. When I asked about Wireless they said there was none. New company coming in. I asked how long before. No idea. It had been out for a month and it will be longer. I asked why couldnt you put that on your ad. I felt very decieved. This is HUGE to me. I would not have stayed there if I had known. Others checking in were just as disappointed. I would not go back, if they decieved in this. What else would they not tell me?

Fair accomedations for the price

Not the best place to stay but fair accomedations for your money. The air condition in the room would not go below 76 and it was very hot. One of the toilets was leaking water all day and night. The staff is very friendly but their main objective is to get you to buy into the Resort's time share. The Resort can at times be very crowed and a bit chaotic. Finding a parking space near your room is difficult.I dont think I would stay here again even at a better price.

average

It was a business and pleasure trip , we chose this hotel as it was in between the parks and the convention center. the hotel is so big that you lose contact with the people of the hotel.

Dissapointed

Overcrowded. No parking spaces. Pools were packed. Room was in decent shape but not the cleanest. My wife and I have stayed here two other times in the past and were quite satisfied, but this time found the place kind of run down, and overcrowded. I couldn't even get hotel services on the phone. Its also disappointing that most of the activities, like mini-golf, and non motorized water vehicles cost extra and had early cut off times. Also, it would be nice if they had internet access available in the rooms. I also felt the check in times were kind of late and the check out times kind of early. (4pm and 10am) Not much time to enjoy the activities if you are only staying a single night. Reasonable price and would probably be better for a longer stay with more people, particularly in the off season.

Interesting Place

Location of hotel was ideal (central to everything). It's a huge resort with lots to do (tennis, basketball, gym, spa, fishing, paddling boats, etc.)However, our first day there we witnessed the police breaking up a fight by the pool. The pool was over-crowded day and night. A scary thing was we were approached twice by raccoons near the elevators (daytime) and by the stairs (at night). One even chased my husband. The staff was friendly and the room was clean. We didn't like the fact that they tried to sell us a timeshare when all we wanted to do was enjoy our time there. Durng our visit we went to Seaworld, which was fun! The rides are pretty cool. Other than the hotel's patrons' chaos the visit to Orlando was a good one.

It was OK

If you're willing to endure the time share sales pitch, then maybe this place is for you. Unfortunately, our room was situated right next to the community pool -- very loud at 11:00 p.m. Room was spacious but needed new carpeting -- not sure if we wanted to walk barefoot on it. Bathroom was enormous but a little dingy.

Nice place.....disinterested service

Staff was rather disinterested in most things other than chattering on their cell phones. Room was clean but never once finished in 5 nights, something was always left undone. Calls to guest services were no help either so we just put the do not disturb sign on the door the last 2 days. Overall the property was nice, could be great if the employees cared.
