The Westin Orlando Universal Boulevard

Traveled from Land o Lakes, Fl, just a quick hour drive to head over to Universal Studios. Found this Westin to be a very relaxing and peaceful hotel. Room was very clean, hotel staff so friendly, food was GREAT, pool area very CLEAN!! Great stay for anyone heading to the parks!!!

Outlet in bathroom didn't work and the magnifying mirror was dirty. Carpet needed to be vacumed. Staff was great, very polite, helpful and courteous. Pillows very uncomfortable. Would be nice to have coffee in the lobby in the am for guest. In general a very nice stay and I would return. Location was great and very convient to everything from nice restaurants to the airport.

new and clean but average for the price. Good pool area and bar. no prositutes visible which is good if with family. food in hotel is ok.

Great room, beautiful pool and extremely clean! Staff was very nice. The bellmen were so helpful and quick to respond. Would def. stay there again. A little bit of a ride to get to Disney but no more than it would have taken if we were going to wait for a Disney bus. Only thing I didn't like was paying for parking $13 a day for self park or $20 a day valet and ice machine didnt work on 7th floor so I had to walk up to the eighth. Just a pet peeve with the parking and no big deal with the ice. Thanks for a great stay

Recommend easily. Saw some other reviews that complained about some added costs (wifi, etc.). Welcome to Florida. This hotel is a steal, perfect location, great upscale rooms, great staff.

Got a great deal; on a King Suite and another double queen. Ckean, modern, comfotable and large. The rooms were perfect and very quiet. Great pool. Restaurant overpriced but OK. Room service was slow but that can happen. I think the restaurant is a bit unorganized but not a big deal. Front desk staff VERY friendly, polite and helpful. Check in and check out a pleasure. Even the valet guys were great. 5 minutes from Universal... no traffic. Other attractions too. I will stay here agaon. Best customer service attitude.

Staff was very friendly. Everyone had a smile on their face. Heavenly bed and heavenly shower is right!! Highly recommended if you need a comfortable room to sleep in. If you are looking for a full featured resort there are better options. But for great hospitality and a peaceful nights sleep westin imagine is it! Minutes from outlets, universal studios and sea world!!

The Westin Imagine is within 5 mins of two malls with movie theaters, 10 mins from each of the outlet malls, 5 mins from Publix and Walgreens and perfectly situated relative to all amusement parks. There is no better location in Orlando. The hotel restaurant is good and the pool with hot tub is nice too. Perfectly nice and convenient place to stay.

It's a good looking hotel and the people who work there are very helpful and courteous. It's just that nothing seems to work. When I checked in, I was told that the elevator to the parking garage was not working and there seemed to be no attempt to fix it in the three days I was there. Additionally, the TV in the room would come on and there would be audio, but no video. I talked to the people at the desk and was informed that was the way the TV's worked, and that you had to manually turn them on and off several times to get them to come on. They explained that they were in the process of replacing them all. Additionally, my key card wouldn't work after two recharges and finally I had to call security to let me in my room. It's a great location for the Orange County Convention Center, but just needs a lot of work.

My daughter and I decided to slip away for a girls trip to Universal Studios, so we went online to find a nearby hotel. Wow, what a find! The Mariott was perfect, with friendly staff from the valet to the desk staff, to the wonderful person who brought breakfast to our room. The view from our balcony was great, overlooking the convention center, with the pond in front. It made for quite a treat for a mommy-daughter getaway. We'll definately be back!
