Very nice entertainment in lobby of Ritz Carlton each evening we were there (Wed through Fri). Delicious food also available with our drinks in same location.

very nice hotel
Ive stood at many top rated hotels, and for orlando and disney, this is by far the best. Ive stood in waldorf astoria disney and its not that great, ritz speaks for itself. A must recommend.

Not Great, but good
Started out rough! Nice recovery. Not the typical Ritz expereince. Some of the staff have not read The Ritz Carlton Way, while others truly embrace it!

In true Ritz Carlton fashion, from the moment we arrived we were greeted and addressed by name. Our room was upgraded due to my reward membership status. The manager was extremely attentive and his staff obviously follows his lead. We did pay for the upgrade to the concierge level which is fantastic. The staff was personable and very attentive. They were great with my kids. The food and drink are abundant and available throughout the day. Golf course was great, spa is excellent, and on the days it was cool they provide free hot chocolate in the lobby. Overall, I spent a lot of money, but I am satisfied with the amount of service and amenities I received.

FANTASTIC HOTEL
I HAVE STAYED AT A LOT OF HOTELS IN THE PAST 17 YEARS DUE TO MY JOB BUT THE LEVEL OF SERVICE WE RECEIVED AT THE RITZ IN ORLANDO WAS OF THE CHARTS. I RECOMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE WHO WANTS TO INDULGE YOURSELF IN ANY WAY...THE BREAKFAST WAS INCREDIBLE...DON'T MISS IT.

Wonderful Anniversary Trip
Clean,Staff was excellent , everything you would expect from a Ritz Carlton. I would highly recommend this hotel.We had a blast at the pool . The service and the food at the pool can't be beat. Thanks Ritz Orlando for making our trip fantastic !!!

Excellent hotel that offers the best service!
This short getaway was for my husband's birthday. We've stayed in many 5-stars hotels and resorts before, including other Ritz Carlton properties. I particularly like this one because the staff was so friendly and courteous. They greet me and my husband by our names, which is very pleasant. I will definitely come back to the Ritz Carlton brand.
