The Orlando Metropolitan Resort

We found the room to be tastefully appointed, clean and comfortable. The hotel staff members were pleasant and accommodating. Our only concern was that upon our arrival (after 2:00am), the desk clerk neglected to provide us with our breakfast coupons. (The clerk must have been tired because the friendliness was not exhibited.) The food was great. On Friday evening we had a late dinner, approximately 10:30pm, and we were cheerfully and attentively served (even after closing at 11:00pm). We would return, and again, the only thing missing were the trademark cookies.

Very clean, nice sized rooms. We stayed in the deluxe room and were concerned because we got such a good price. We were pleasantly surprised and enjoyed the stay. The only real unpleasantry was that we were located next to the elevator and the staff storage closet and both were quite noisy at unfortunate hours.

The Orlando Metropolitan Resort, ORLANDO, FL was an excellent choice with helpful and cheerful employees, nice accomodations which include coffee pot, iron and ironing board, small refrig., two sinks (one in the bathroom, the other located just outside the bathroom), amenities such as a free internet access, fitness center, pool, easy access to events and activities as well as the interstate, and resturant and lounge located in the facility. The buffet breafast was elegant. I would definitely go again, despite the needed maintenace on some items in the room (closet door and ironing board).

WHEN WE ARRIVED IN THE HOTEL THOUGH THE PAY WAS NOT THAT EXPENSIVE THE HOTEL AND AMENITIES WAS REALLY COOL.EVERYTHING WAS REALLY WORTH YOUR MONEY.wHAT I REALLY GREATLY APPRECIATE OF WAS THE BREAKFAST BUFFET.FOOD WAS REALLY GOOD,VERY ORIENTAL.THE SERVERS WAS SO POLITE AND EVERYTHING WAS IN ORDER.VERY GOOD PLACE TO STAY.I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT.

We had adjoining rooms with our teenage grandsons and the rooms were great. The walls were thick enough so that we had no noise from either side of us.. We got the rooms with the breakfast special and it was excellent. The resort was close to the theme parks and all kinds of places to eat at. When we came back at night time the rooms were very clean and had plenty of clean towels.. I would stay there again next time I go to Orlando..

The Metropolitan was disgusting, The room was filthy and smelled moldy The carpet was never vacumed nor was the shower or bathroom clean. This was a very bad experience. I would not recomend this hotel to anyone.

This hotel was nice. The pool was lovely and they had a barside pool with friendly staffing. There is a nice playground for family with kids. Our check in was very quick. The only dissappointing thing was our carpet in our room was damp and our hotel door kept getting stuck.

Check in was not good, had numerous problems with hotel key, carpet needed cleaning, the mattress was terrible. Very good location and the price wasn't bad. Maybe I expected too much. Will stay with the 4 star entries next time.

The Metropolitan Resort was'nt what I expected. To me it was deceving the name and the look of this hotel do not go together. I think the hotel was alittle run down. When you check in, the hotel lobby looks like it could be a 4 star hotel it was very clean and decorated nicely. But the rest of the hotel at least the building and the rooms were run down and I would rate the hotel around a 2 or 2 1/2. The beds were very uncomfortable and the rugs were very dirty. But dispite all of this we had a wonderful trip.

upon arrival I was very pleased with the appearance and the upscale appearance of the lobby. The bar/restraunte was nice and the staff was friendly. The room was clean and had plenty of room. I would stay there again.
