Disappointment
We arrived after a long day of traveling and were given room 138(I believe). It was disgusting and had a smell of an ashtray. I have a 1 1/2yr old and she had to wear her slippers because her socks were getting black from the dirt on the floor. I moved the bed against the wall so she didn't fall out and on the floor was a cigarette butt, toenail, and a cheerio. The walls were dirty and webs hanging. We went outside to get some air and there were hookers hanging around. The next morning we complained to the front desk and was told that room is usually meant for their truckers so they moved us to 329 which was a little better. Regardless of who stays in the room, they should be cleaned to perfection. She apologized and said they do not check the rooms after cleaning- maybe they should.

airport jetlag
We traveled with an 8month old child and they had no baby bed for her. Good that we had a mesh playpen in our trunk along with alot of stuff we didn;t want to undo but had to. It was inconv ient. When I spoke to the attandent they really didn't care.

Not Good
Although a Non-Smoking Room it reeked with cigarette smell. There were tiny ants on the bathroom sink. The printer in the lobby had no ink so I could not print anything out like my boarding passes. Only good thing it was an easy trip to the airport.

Needs Help
The rooms were very stuffy smelling and the bed in the second room I was given had used sheets. The staff was friendly but the hotel needs updating and cleaning. I very seldom complain about rooms as I travel 14 day a month but this was not a great property.

Got what we paid for I guess
The good: very friendly staff The bad: everything else. Very dirty and broken down. Didnt let our daughter take a bath, tub was gross. Worst comp breakfast weve had. Would not bring my family here again.
