The owner is not friendly, especially the security guard. They have no one working there during the night except the rude security guard. Avoid this place.

I was traveling on business, and at the last second decided to stay over on my own nickel to spend a day at Universal Studios. I wanted cheap, clean, and close to the park. Here's the best way I can put this: You know how there's extended stay hotels for business people and vacationing families? Well, this place is a very old motel that converted to extended stay for the people who work at the restaurants and parks that the families come down there to enjoy. These are standard motel rooms with a tiny kitchen, table for two, and everything is old. That said, it was very clean and I felt safe enough, despite other reviews of this site (there's a barbed wire fence around the property -- but it's in the middle of a nice retail district -- this hotel was here way before development came calling). One other note: I am used to staying at hostels when I travel, and I enjoy meeting people. I don't know that a woman traveling alone would like this place, but at the same time I met several women who "live" here with one or two kids for the season. I hope this is helpful. (I only paid 34 bucks for the nite, the prevailing rate in the area is 3-4 times that. It's a deal, not a luxury space. :-)

Staff were very helpful and the room was better than we´ve expected. (good value for the price). Even the neighbourhood and surrounding area was ok. We met only friendly and helpful people.

horrible experience! this place is completely fenced like a prison! there is a totally creepy security guard who followed me to my room in the middle of the night (DID NOT MAKE ME FEEL SAFE) and asked my male cousin, whom I was visiting, for id and also told him if e wanted to stay past 9 pm he would have to pay a charge for a second person in my room! management was awful, the room sparse, and the bed rock hard. right on the strip so there was loud traffic too. this place was an extended stay motel, so there was all kinds of trash living here. you're better off ANYWHERE else,

It ain't the The Sheraton nor the Hilton but here I only paid $30 and got: Free Parking wiFi Loaction Cable Kitchen Fridge Security 24 hours ( visible ) Service Comfortable bed For $30 I was expecting the worst, thankfully I got way more than expected. Would definitely stay there again.

The room was very clean and nice. The decor needs a little improvement.We can tell its an older motel because the enamel chiped on the sink, the walls need another coat of paint, paint on the baseboards, Just minor stuff that can be fixed. Nothing major. The bed was comfortable. The staff was very helpful. One gentleman put our luggage on a cart and helped us in the room with it. That was very much appreciated. I never could get the Internet to work. That was the down side of staying there. I would recommend this hotel if it were for a short stay.

$35 for a room in Orlando, attractive young woman checked me in, gated lot, parking attendant told me he would personally keep an eye on my car! Room key didn't work for me, so same attendant said he'd take care of it, they were so nice! $35 and they were on top of things. I felt safe, the room had a full kitchen w fridge and stove and microwave and sink. Bathroom large and clean! Free internet and fast too! Quiet at night and central location across the street from the mall and close to the universities. Did I mention it was $35 for the night!!!!!!!!!!!

The rooms stink so bad that you will need to wash all your stuff when you get home. I was supposed to stay 2 nights here but could not take anothr night. I have never stayed in a hotel this bad.

The walls are very thin at this location. I could hear a phone conversation going on in the room next door. The hotel was cheap, fairly clean, but not great but any stretch of the imagination. I would stay there again if needed but not my first choice.

We only used this hotel for one night but it was perfect for one night and was right near a few shops and also a Wendys. It is also not far from Florida Mall which was quite useful, would quite happily use this hotel again and it was not glamorous but wasn't absolutely awful either.
