Staybridge Suites LAKE BUENA VISTA

Stayed with Staybridge in the past. Always a great spacious hotel. Only problems we had were minor and were taken care of by hotel staff promptly. Will be staying there again!!

Had a good experience. Our room was a suite (33)with two bedrooms and two baths. Furniture in the living was worn (too soft and sunk in the middle)as well as the mattress in my room which was the one closest to the main door. Pool was very nice! We swam in it every day we were there as well as the hot tub. This is a very family oriented hotel. Lot's of little kids! Breakfast was soso. Your average fare everyday. Nothing changed. Best thing was the coffee and waffles. Nice business area and plenty of parking. People at the desk were very informative, helpful and friendly! The location was great if you are going to disney, lot's of restuarants around that you can walk to and a grocery store next door. Freeway 4 is very close by. Laundry facilities were nice but not cheap. Great outdoor seating for breakfast or chilling out. Tremendous amount of people from spanish speaking countries here to visit. Did not feel like I was in the US! Was a little weird.

My daughter was in the hospital, we were up all night in the er, when we came back to the room, we just wanted to sleep. We pulled the covers back, and there were small curly hairs all over the sheets! I immediately called the front desk, they said someone would come right away. 20 minutes later an older gentleman with a can of pesticide in his hand, said he was sent up to kill the roaches. There was no roaches. He told me he did not see any hair, as he was trying to wipe it off the sheets. I told him to get a manager, she looked at the hairs and said they were to thick to be pubic hairs, but the were probably chest hairs. I could not believe what I was hearing. STILL gross[...].The rest of the room seemed clean on the surface , but one you looked further, they never vacuumed under the bed or couch. I have stayed here many times before, but never again.

Comfortable rooms, great kitchen and convenient grocery store, pleasant pool setting. The only negative was that they have no shuttle from the airport and you must take a cab-$$$

Eveything was fantastic. People at the front desk extremely helpful and friendly. Always greeted when leaving and returning. Helpful in setting up scheduled events such as dinner theaters etc. Rooms were very clean and spacious. A wonderful healthy breakfast in the morning. Felt very special at Staybridge. Had free shuttle service to and from the 4 theme parks. Would recommend this to everyone in a heart beat. It can't be beat!!!!

We stayed at the Styabridge Suites for 12 days. The hotel staff was great accomodating our needs. The roms were spacious and clean and comfortable for the amount of time we were there. Free shuttle services were provided to all the Theme parks and a hot breakfast was privided every morning. I would definately recommend Staybride Suites to anyone.

stayed there for 6 nights and enjoyed the healthy breakfast daily. Good and prompt service

Good location and excellent accomodation for a family. Rooms confortable and clean. Beakfast buffet was excellent.
