Sheraton Vistana Villages - All Villa Resort on International Drive

We stayed in a 2 bedroom condo, which had more than enough room for a family of four. The condo was very nice. However, the floors need to cleaned better. I didn't want to walk around barefoot because your feet would turn black. Also the side of the refrigerator had obvious food splatters that looked like they had been there for a while. The beds were not the most comfortable, but for the price not bad. The pools were great. Kids loved the pirate ship pool although it does close early, 6pm. The pirate pool did have one lifeguard at the pool and one by the larger water slide that you need to be 42'' to ride. There are pool side bars, but to my surprise, they will let you bring a cooler and alcohol poolside as long as there's no glass. Nice location, easy to drive to all attractions. Overall a good experience especially for the price.

good location, very close to Walmart and Disney. Have couple of good restaurants nearby.

On our arrival there was a system issue and we had to leave a contact number so that we could be informed when we could check in. No one called us.. and after four hours decided to try our luck and see if the system was up yet. We were checked in, and turns out we could have been checked in earlier. The manager checked us in and when I told him my concerns he did not seem to care. Be aware that this is a timeshare villa they will call you everyday in the morning until you sit through one of their 90 minute sessions... At check out I also shared my concerns regarding the check in process and the manager (who looked rather sloppy and disheveled) could care less at what I had to say and basically told me it was my fault for having to wait since I showed up to check in earlier than the expected check in time. The staff is in need of being trained in how to deal with customers' issues and concerns. Besides that the villa was beautiful. There are 3 large pools that you could go to and the main pool closed at 1am, which was perfect if you were in the parks all day and then wanted to visit the hot tub for a little R&R. Location was perfect, most attractions are about a 15minute drive from here.

I really liked the hotel. For the money, it had a quiet pool, hot tub, game rooms, plenty for both children and adults to enjoy. The staff was super courteous. Just a great value. Smack between Disney and Universal and we did both. Plenty of parking for the rental car. All in all I will definitely go back. The kitchen was fully stocked we brought in the cereal, milk and snacks and saved on breakfasts! I will return.

This is was my third visit to this property over the last 4 years. Like always things get worse every time. There was no hot water and the staff phone calls rang at the same time every morning. If you want a time share get one if you don't please don't stay there. They will pressure you every time you go to buy something that is so over priced.

Most beautiful hotel I have ever stayed at I loved it we will be back staff was very helpful best summer vacation ever! We are so glad we choose to stay here!

The room was great. Two full bedrooms and two full baths. There is a pitch from the front office to try and get you to go to a sales breakfast. This is optional, but they were persistent. A firm no several times did the trick. You can generally find better prices to the parks online than the discounts they offer for going to the sales meeting. Great location about halfway between Universal and Disney and Seaworld is about a mile away. Overall we were very pleased with the stay.

The Sheraton Vistana is a good choice for people who travel with Kids, they have several amenities options and the kitchen in the room is a plus. The hotel room was clean but it could be better for the price. The Restaurant menu don't give you many options. If you stay there more than three days you might have to look for restaurants outside the resort.

Well the dish washer was broke and maintance needed to fix it .then the key would not let us in and two securities worked on that while my wife and I stood in hall waiting and last the icemaker made 6 ice cubes in 4 hours not bad if you drink real slow the staff was very nice and helpful and did there best but as you know things do break to bad severar things went out at the same time .

I loved that we could have a small 2 bedroom apartment for the price of a 1 room hotel HOWEVER...my internet NEVER worked despite numerous calls. Also troublesome is that you need to rent equipment like basketballs and tennis rackets etc. Be prepared for a few phone calls a day to try to get you to go to a seminar to purchase a time share there. Overall we liked the pools and the convenient location.
