The Sheraton Vistana Resort is in a lush, park-like setting dotted with palm trees, fountains and pools that attracts leisure travelers to this Lake Buena Vista resort. Guests hole up in one- or two-bedroom villas equipped with kitchens for extended stays or take advantage of the many leisure options onsite, like hard and clay tennis courts and bicycle rentals. On days off from theme parks, kids enjoy ballroom dance sessions, scuba classes and other fun and games. A grocery store at the property also saves parents from having to dine out.

Dolphins Are Great
Vistana Lake Buena Vista
We went to Disneyworld, Universal Studios and Discovery Cove while staying at Vistana. All of these destinations were less than 15 minutes away. Great location. We stayed in a 2 bedroom unit. Very spacious and comfortable. Staff very helpful. There were no complimentary cleanings during the week. You could get as many fresh towels as you wanted but cleaning services were not included. Our unit wasn't very close to the main activities and dining area. Long walk to get there. Would request a unit closer to the Main Activities Center next time.

1 bedrrom villa lacking
This was a great resort with amenities and activities but they have no picture of the 1 bedroom villa in their photos. What they show is a 1 bedroom "premium" villa so it isn't until you go back and read everything that you realize you have no oven and when you pull out the sofa bed you are standing in the kitchen area. I thought I could bring an air mattress so that my 17 year old daughter did not have to sleep in the same bed as her 19 year old brother. There was no room unless I set the matress up in the small kitchen area. So had I known this was what I was renting I may have chosen differently. Supply all the info and pictures of what I'm getting and then I wouldn't have been disappointed. This place also prefers Disney parks and little help in attending Universal parks. I spent alot of time driving to Universal to pick up teens

Nice Unit, Plenty of Room
The villa was very nice, clean and spacious, the kitchen had everything we needed. We had a 2 bedroom villa with 3 flat screen TVs. Only thing I didn't like was the check in as the lady who checked us in did not quite explain anything and there was no elevator - we had the 3rd floor unit.

Harrassing Time Share calls ruined stay
Although the villa was wonderful, the staff was slow at check-in, and although we made it clear upon check in we were not interested at all in time share opportunities, the pushy staff for time share sales called the room repeatedly at in opportune times (8:20 was the first, when we were still sleeping).

Vistana Getaway
The Resort is beautiful. Plenty of pools and activities for the family. The location is great. The resort is close to all theme parks. The 2 bedroom villa was large and very clean. We did however have 2 major issues.(1)Housekeeping staff walked into our room without knocking, after 5pm on 2 seperate occasions. They said both times they thought the room was empty.(2) We could have done without the daily phone calls from the timeshare staff. I know its their job, but not interested on the first call should be enough.

Good price for a good condo
We awere in an area not yet refurbished. However, the condo had 2 bedrooms, living/dining room, and kitchen that were perfect for a family of 4 with 2 teenagers.

This resort had it all! We booked a Disney vacation and the kids; 0, 5, 8, and 13 yrs.; did not want to leave to go to disney after the second day. We saved a little money by cooking either lunch or dinner each day in the room. The kitchens had everything we needed. They also had a market on the premises. There were tons of activities for us aswell.
