Horrific Experience
[...] Our room was a connected room to a larger suite, our main bed was was a murphy bed and they rolled up a cot for our second bed, really classy 4 star hotel. NOT!! No self parking you have to valet for $14 a day no options for self park!!! I waited 15 minutes on the 15th floor for an elevator Saturday night and encountered a family of 4 that had the same experience with a murphy bed room and waiting for an elevator. We ended up having to use a service elevator 3 times during our stay. The staff was not accomodating at all. They told me tghey had no rooms available, so i called from my cell phone later on to book a room and they had 3 left. Not a good experience definetley not a 4 star hotel!!!!

160$ Wasted
No Fridge or microwave. The coffee machine was broken. Went for business purposes, needed the internet to work and the Wi-Fi was slower than anything I have experienced in over a decade. They tried to give me someone else's car during valet pickup. The wait for valet was around 15 minutes which is fine if they were busy but they were sitting around talking and joking with each other. I was really looking forward to spending a bit more money to get a nice hotel than what I usually do, but I would have been better off at a cheaper competitor. I only stayed one night, stayed in competitor the next night and everything was great. Never again will Sheraton have my business again.

This hotel was a diapppointment.
The hotel looked a little worn out.After working all day we tried to get a bite to eat in the hotel bar. Big mistake, the staff was overwhelmed and the bar was dirty. There is no appropriate restaurant at the hotel! Stay somewhere else in Orlando.

This location is acrossthe street from Amway Center :).After dark the homeless started to congregate under the interstate for the night.

UNPLEASED CUSTOMER
SHERATON DOWNTOWN LIVINGSTON ST.
NO MICROWAVE THEY DID NOT HAVE FREE INTERNET. FORCED VALET PARKING THIS WAS NOT PART OF MY RESERVATION IF I HAD KNOWN THIS I WOULD CHOOSEN A DIFFERENT HOTEL LOCATION THAT WAS MORE ACCOMDATING.

Everything is close, however be aware of what the theme is for the night because some people like rock, some like reggae, and some like hip-hop.

nice lobby room was lacking
The hotel was in a good location, the lobby area was beautiful, thought that would carry over into the rooms but the room was the same quality as a 2-3 star hotel. Definitely not anything to write home about. But overall it was an okay hotel.

No shuttle to airport!
The hotel room was not very sound proof; I could hear the couple talking in the adjoining room. The 2nd floor balcony area was great and the Sports Bar food was not bad. I was shocked to discover that it cost $35 each way from the hotel to the airport.

You could do better
Overall, a disappointing experience at a run-of-the-mill hotel. I booked a king size bed and got a room with two doubles. They were 'oversold'. I don't really know how that works, but it's disappointing at such a big hotel. In the morning, I had a lukewarm shower and the iron didn't work. I will look elsewhere next time I need to travel to Orlando for business.
