Sheraton Orlando Downtown Hotel

Has everything a business traveler needs. Workout room was great.

I had an early morning flight and the hotel was in a good location (30 minutes from Orlando-Sanford International Airport) available for a good price. The room was clean and spacious. It's located in the downtown area but apparently only 30 minutes away from most things. The staff, especially Lisa (I think that was her name) was extremely friendly and nice. She was probably one of the friendliest receptionists I have interacted with (and I end up staying in hotels at least 10 times a year). The lobby was also aesthetically appealing.

Stayed there for a night to see a concert. Only a few dollar cab ride to the clubs & the staff was really friendly. As with most hotels in downtowns, they have a valet that costs $12 a night, but the room was really clean & served it's purpose. I will be back again.

I had to arrive very late on the first day there and they were as bright and helpful at the front desk as they would have been mid-day!

I visited the Holy Land Experience with my mother - which was the main reason for this trip. However, I wasn't that impressed with the hotel as the rooms/furniture were a bit old, plus with the downtown location I was hoping that we'd be located near some shopping, etc - but nothing was really located nearby - you either had to rent a car or take a cab everywhere. I've been to Florida on numerous occasions and this is the first time I was really disappointed with the hotel and location. I mean the room was clean and the hotel staff were pleasant so no complaints there. Overall,I had a pretty good time, but I wouldn't book this Sheraton hotel again.

From the moment we walked into your first class lobby we knew we had made the right decision. Our room was immaculate & decorated modernly. Your staff were professional, while being friendly & informative. Every question or request we made was answered with a smile & a positive accomodating response. Cheers Sheraton!!!!! We would not consider staying in any other hotel on our next Orlando visit.

The clerk at the desk was friendly, fast, and efficient. The hotel was very pretty, but the only valet parking and daily fee is unnecessary. Also, we could not get a hot shower the morning we checked out. They have good security, a key is required to operate the elevators, go to the pool, etc...

We stayed here because we like Sheraton hotels. We also travel with our small dog. The only alert we would issue is to be aware of the nightly parking fee here. You must use a valet each time you come & go. We would stay here again or recommend this hoyel to friends.

Great location if you want to be in downtown!
