Be sure to visit large swimming pool, video arcade, and many dining options - Shogun Japanese Steak House, International Pub, Palms Dining Room, and Lite Bite Mini-Market/Deli. The Palms Dining Room provides buffet style dining and hosts a Kids Eat Free Program for children under 9 years of age (1 child age 9 and under eats free when accompanied by a paying adult) .
If you are planning to visit any of Orlando's theme parks, Hotel offers free scheduled shuttles to SeaWorld Orlando, Universal Studios Resort, and Wet 'n Wild. Guest services desk can also handle any of your needs, including attraction tickets, restaurant reservations, car rentals, and airport shuttles. This is non smoking hotel.
Please note the property offers an airport shuttle with a nominal fee.

Best "2" star Hotel, more like "4"
So fortunate to find this hotel; the user ratings for other places of similar price and star rating, were scary. CLEAN (rooms, baths, and common areas), comfortable (soft beds/pillows), and tastefully rennovated (granite/neutral colors). Everything one could need is on-site including arcade, convenience store/restaurant, ATM, and computer center (didn't use computers, but nice to know they were there). I hope this place keeps up the good work, and doesn't deteriorate like their counterparts seem to have. Thank you to everyone who takes the time to write reviews, your help is invaluable!

Great Quality
Great deal! More than three-star quality! It is super convenient to get to anywhere. Recommend not to take the shuttle bus provided by hotel to Disney, just take Lynx, much more convenient and cheap, only 2 dollars. I will stay there again!!

A Nice Surprise
This hotel is close to one of the main Outlet Malls in the Orlando area. Also located very close to one of the highest rated movie theaters in the Orlando area. The room was very clean and comfortable and the ninth floor view was a plus! The value would be hard to beat. Would book it again.

Served the purpose
The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were soft. I was in Orlando for business and would absolutely stay at the hotel in the future. Very pleased

Great place to stay in Orlando
Rosen Inn closest to Universal is a great base for exploring Orlando. It is clean and comfortable and provides easy access to the main routes you need to get around. It is also reasonably priced, parking is free and the hotel offers a nice breakfast buffet for seven bucks for adults. I would definitely stay there again.

My 5th visit to Orlando and this was the best hotel I have stayed in, the room was clean, fresh towels everyday, friendly staff, nothing too much trouble. Breakfast was hot and freshly cooked, service with a smile was included. If |I visit orlando again, this would be where I will stay without doubt.

Clean, great location.
Found this hotel to be above my expectations for the price. Very clean, close to where we wanted to go (Universal) and had no issues using an outside source to book our room. My only complaint would be that the shower area was very small. I would stay here again.

All the expensive, nicer restaurants are on Sand Lake Road. We found a nice Tapas restaurant, but know that this area is less touristy, more locals.

Ok for overnight stay
I stayed there overnight with my family. I booked a room with two beds but only got one with a King which was a problem since we were four. They quickly got us a rollaway bed, so it was ok. Room was however very small and there was little place to move when the rollaway bed was set up. AC worked poorly and the room was very uncomforably hot during the night and the following morning. I could not have stayed there longer than this one night. The hotel is ok and rooms are decent, albeit small, and the price is good. If you can take the heat, its a fine place to stay at. I will spend a little more next time and go to another hotel.
