great spot for couples
the staff was very nice and very professional...the hotel area is just minutes away from all the attractions... For example, seaworld is 2 minutes away...The accomodations were great...requested room change and was giving another room with no problem...overall, the hotel was great and peaceful which is something i needed with my vacation.

GREAT value
At check-in, I was greeted and assisted by two desk clerks who accommodated my request for adjoining or adjacent rooms. Our entire experience was wonderful. The only complaint I heard was that the soda machine on our floor was out of order, so my kids had to go to another floor to get soda.

Fabulous atmosphere & accommodations
Attended trade show at convention center. Parking in garage entered through security manned gate. Restaurants and cocktail lounge like that of a 5 star resort. Have attended this show for nearly 20 years always stayed in surrounding locations at Wyndham timeshare even at Disney locations. This was one of the best stays ever. Plan to do it in 2010. r

Excellent!!! The hotel is beautiful, excellent location ... we traveled with a child an two babies and got a lot of help from the staff .... Best hotel to go with kids!!!

Unbeatable Location for the price
Great trip, however, there was more noise than expexted two of the four nights spend there. The pool was great as well as the spa, and the valet parking service was great.

nice place for our anniversary
This hotel was a great place for us to spend our anniversary . When we arrived they gave us a room with dbl beds. They asked if that was ok with us, I asked was there a king available,it wasn't that night, but they did upgrade us to a king the next day, without any problems. I must say this is one the best hotels I've stayed in. It was so nice that I told a co-worker who was coming up a few days afterwards about it and she booked a room. She thanked me for telling her about this hotel. We all enjoyed our stay. The only thing I would suggest is having a fridge/ micro. in the rooms. According to some of the reviews, the parking wasn't as bad as I thought it would be, especially after eating a big meal,it gave you time to walk it down(smile).I would definetly stay again.

Fantastic getaway
My husband and I were in Orlando on vacation. The hotel exceeded our expectations. It was luxurious, clean, the staff was courteous and the pool was great. We also made use of the 24 hour Deli which offered a wide variety of food for a snack or meal. On the downside a small refrigerator in the room would have been nice, but that was a minor inconvenience.
