Very good hotel
I have been in this hotel number of times in a last 8 years and its still provide you with good quality service, choise of restaurant and etc. Its looks like room was upgraded not long ago and was sparkling clean. The parking is a little away just because it is a big hotel.

Too pricey for average experience
This was a business trip and the location was dictated by meeting location. The staff was excellent; however, the amenities and cleanliness were only average (or less) -- especially considering the room rate. Air conditioning/heating is like staying in a low-budget motel. I have had much better experiences in rooms with a much lower rate.

ok...
it is a big and beautiful hotel, close to a lot of things but its a no frills hotel. they charge for everything that usually comes standard inn most hotels. The wifi was $10, the continental breakfast was $15, and the list goes on. I called guest services for a dvd player...nope. i called to ask for a wine opener...nope. I had to go down to the front desk and ask for one. luckily the front desk guy helped out. There was just nothing special about this hotel and I def won;t come back. I wish I paid the extra $30 for the hilton.

relaxing getaway
Me and my children booked this hotel at the last minute through [...]. Not only was the price great, the rooms were nice and clean, the staff was pleasent, and it was really close to everthing from the Seaworld to dining outside of the hotel. The pool was wonderful and the kids enjoyed everything about the hotel.

The pizza place inside the hotel, I think it was called Perfect Pizza was some of the best pizza I have ever had. They were open really late so when we got back from Seaworld the kids were hungry and we didn't even have to leave the hotel

A pleasant surprise
They actually opened doors for you, very helpful when one's hands are full with baby and baby stuff. They accomodated our family moved us to a room with a bigger bed. The facility was amazing, huge, like a city within a city. 24 hr store helpful despite being pricey. Definitely would recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice, comfortable place. Use the valet, self parking is faaaar away from the front desk.

Nice to stay
it was nice to stay the hotel. Just one thing, the food in the restaurant was not in variety.
