Residence Inn Orlando at SeaWorld

Its really good

The Hotel was great, food was good along with the drinks at the bar. the only problem is the pool,bar food, hotel front desk and all other hotel services are at one end of the hotel while the elevator is at the other end. this hotel only has queen size beds.

Very close to Seaworld. Close to I-4. Close to International Drive with lots of restaurant choices. Room was clean and updated. Excellent service. Pool was perfect. Water temp was excellent. If I had a complaint, it would be that I thought we were getting a suite when it wasn't. We got one large room with the kitchen, office, living room and bedroom all together. No dividing walls. The only door was to the toilet/shower area. I saw other rooms that had dividing walls. That should have been explained when we booked the trip. The breakfast buffet was huge with lots of choices but we prefer our food cooked to order so we only utilized the free buffet a few times. We used the business center to print our boarding passes with no problem. The kitchen had a large fridge, microwave, stove/oven combo, dishwasher, limited dishes/silverware, toaster, coffee maker so we purchased our own food at grocery to save money. That was a nice feature. Pillows not very good.

The staff was very friendly and hospitable. The pool is great and they provide heated pool towels. They have 3 computers with internet access. The room was clean and in great shape. The location in Orlando is good, accessible within 15 minutes of most places. They also serve a complimentary breakfast buffet every morning. Honestly, no complaints.

Attended a engagement and visited some friends.

The rooms were clean with adequate kitchen supplies. The front desk staff was friendly. Location good- easy access to sights, but out of the chaotic downtown. Buffet- nothing to get excited about. Institutional scrambled eggs, pre-heated waffles/pancakes, grocery store type pasteries, small toaster station and ONE SMALL bowl of (practically minced)fresh fruit for several hundred guests. Ammenities: Beds were very hard. Pool was very crowded in evenings by groups of teens. Shuttle service poor! 2 prescheduled times in AM to parks and 2 prescheduled times in PM from parks. It was easier and cheaper to take I-ride Trolley or drive and pay for parking. Unfortunately, the service hangers on our door knobs were switched? (how and by whom we do not know) and we were serviced when we did not want and visa versa. We were told this is a common problem. We were charged for having pets, when we had none! No one contacted us before charging credit card to see if this was an error. (Didn't they think it was curious we had pet magnets when we did not check in with pets?? Additionally, outsiders were getting in to the hotel somehow (the staff acknowledged they do not have security cameras!) and were sliding solicitation info. under doors. This hotel DOES NOT recycle!!

I have no complaints about our stay. The hotel is less than a mile away from Sea World and within 15 minutes (by car) from Orlando Int'l Airport and all of the Disney parks. Very close to International Drive and lots of dining options. The pool and hot tub area is very clean. The breakfast buffet moves quickly, although does lack a little variety from day to day. It is complimentary, so I can't complain about that. It was extremely nice to have a mini kitchenette in the room. We were able to keep lots of water bottles in the fridge, as well as leftovers (there's a microwave too). Also the business center in the lobby allows you to surf the web, check your email and print your boarding pass. I would definitely stay there again.

the room i was in wasn't clean for two day. I had to called to get the room clean twice and the sofa bed wasn't made up and the sheets look like they wasn't clean. I had to take the trash out myself. I was told for my inconvience i would get a 50.00 credit did not receive. My overall stay at the hotel was horrible. I would not recommand that hotel to anyone in the furture.

The hotel room was very spacious and clean. Staff were friendly and very helpful. We would stay here, again. Excellent choice for an excellent price.
