The one thing that was really difficult about this hotel is it did not have a shuttle to the airport or the Disney Parks, this was a huge inconvience, When I had called the hotel they did say there was a shuttle but when we arrived they said we were misinformed. The conceirge was somewhat helpful but not always. The people at the front desk were great but housekeeping was annoying. If I had a come back later sign they would call the room to see when I would be out, but most of the time I was sleeping so they would be waking me up. I did like the fact that there was a shuttle to seaworld but think there shoudl be more than one. If you wanted to stay for the night show you must find a ride back from the park

Great value of a hotel!
The hotel was great, staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. It's a rather large hotel so you do get the large groups of travelers but would bet you'd find that all over Orlando. Would definitely stay at this hotel again in a heartbeat.

With an almost full kitchen in every room, I would recommend hitting up a grocery store and pack lunches for the day. Stay away from Walmart though, place was a mad house!

nice hotel
enjoyed the hotel, getting around to restaurants difficult nothing around to walk to, they have bus transportation nearby called I ride too crowded and hot, cost of food expensive at hotel in shop and at bar, terrible eggs

Nice but busy hotel, transport lacking
The hotel was right for the price but you should rent a car and that's another $250.00. This hotel claims transportation but the shuttle only goes to epcot and from there you have to take disney transport to other places. Plus it only goes to epcot 3 times a day and leaves 3 times...we ended up taking a lot of $30 cabs. If you take the cab from downtown disney its only $16 but to get there you have to take a bus to a disney resort and then wait for another one to downtown disney. Anywhere you go will take at least an hour to get 15 minuteds away.

Great family destination
Great Hotel, stayed 14 nights, Beds fantastic, rooms well appointed, service excellent, Pizza Hut on site a bonus, easy for Disney, shuttle service to EPCOT.

Fantastic Family Getaway!!!!
At first I was a little worried about the price verses the cleanliness of the hotel- especially since we were staying 7 days... but once I got there was pleasantly surprised...Overall this is a fabulous hotel for the $$!!! Shuttle service to Epcot was perfect..Very attentive and friendly Staff. Full Kitchen in rooms was an added bonus- dishes,pots pans included. Full refrigerator. Pool was very nice. Never overcrowded plenty of chairs for everyone. Breakfast was amazing. Huge variety!!! Food and drinks at Cafe were very reasonably priced and Delicious!! Just a 10 min WALK to Sea World.. very close to all the shopping action. I would completely recommend the Hotel to everyone!!

Summer Vacation 2010
Hotel staff at front desk was very friendly but sometimes provided wrong information. Free buffet breakfast was a welcome treat and money saver. The room I reserved I thought was to be a one bedroom, so that kids were going to be separate from parents. That was not the case. The hotel does not offer a shuttle service. I was mislead on this aspect as one of the reasons I reserved this hotel was due to shuttle being offered and it turned out only to be offered once fairly early in the morning and only to the theme parks. I was also under the impression by the information on the website that the restaurant was more than it turned out to be. It was on the expensive side and very limited considering we had not transportation unless we wanted to pay a fortune for trolley/cabs. The room was comfortable, the maid didn't leave toilet paper for two days and we had to go and request some, which we found to be a bit embarrassing. The hotel is conveniently located, was clean and the pool area was always neat and tidy. I love the trees in the yard and the ability to cook on the grills. The grocery shopping service was also a tremendous help. The hotel's drinking water had a terrible sulfur taste to it and not sure if that is how the water is there, but we did have to incur the expense of bottled water because we couldn't deal with the bad taste. Overall this was a comfortable stay. Would have been Fantastic if there had been a shuttle and more expanded menu at the restaurant.

prefer a dine in waited on experience rather than having to place order at bar and pick up at window. More expanded menu would also have been preferred and for the prices charged portions were not that abundant.
