Ramada Plaza Resort & Suites International Drive Orlando

Stayed at this hotel for 3 days. The place was very clean and is located 15 mins away from Universal and about 30 min to Disney. Located on International drive it is within walking distance to may restaurants and shops. The pool and the lake out back are nice for relaxing and the hotel decor is very nice. I plan on making another reservation next year for a longer stay.

We were at another hotel and were not happy. We searched around and found this GEM . We loved this place. And plan on staying here again. Over all very happy.

The location of this hotel is amazing. The room itself was clean but the hotel had major issues they do not list online. If you book a standard room you will be placed in the older tower. The elevators in these towers are freight elevators and can be heard inside your room. We were placed in a room directly outside the elevators and heard them running all night. We turned on the extremely loud ac and the problem was solved. Do not let the free breakfast sell you. I booked this hotel for that reason. Breakfast was frozen bagels, toast and cereal. No fruit salad just an apple or an orange. The return shuttle from the park was extremely early 8pm. However since the hotel is so close the price was only 6 to get back to the hotel by taxi.

All was good but the breakfast was very disappointing. We live here and have stayed at a lot of hotels all across the country. But to someone visiting the USA , paper plates ( cheap ones ) , coffee cups with flat lids (no pull tabs), limited fruit, bagels, bread for toast, dry cereal, and waffles. And the condiments that went with them were community used not individual. In my opinion , I would be embarrassed to serve food like that to anyone from another country. We are better than that here.

We had a great time at this hotel. Great location too!

It was in a great location close to many places such as malls , restaurants attraction, Disney, universal and outlets. The hotel is in the avenue that Connect everything

The hotel is really close to Universal Studio. Nice lobby, pool looks really nice. Very friendly staff, provide towels if u r by the pool. Very clean hallways, and suites.. The room is not sound proof. They should put a sign of observing quietness while you are staying in the suites. Our next door adjacent suite, slamming door, when they leave room, early a.m. Quiet should be observed, being courtesy to other customers. Breakfast is ok..don't expect eggs, sausage and bacon.. But it's really healthy and filling for breakfast.. Waffles are good, you do it yourself..except you have to wait.. Cause there's only one waffle maker.. The hotel is good for family with kids. Parking is free.. Very close to the lobby. Very convenient to restaurants and souvenir shops and mall outlet is so close.. Trolley is available, but have to pay.. Shuttle service to universal is free, but only do it, once a day.

This was basically an average hotel, not really outstanding in any way. Breakfast was average, the bedroom and living room areas were each fairly small for what is called a 1 bedroom suite. The coffee maker was a single cup type with only one pod and not very good. For a suite that could hold 6 people it should be a regular 4-8 cup coffee pot. The bedroom had a nice view with large window but not well insulated as the inside of the windows was wet in the morning with the lower temperatures. There was no phone book or directory in the room, we were supposed to get a drink coupoon each which we couldn't find. The parking was fair. The best thing was all interior corridors. For the price I would not return to this hotel again.

We had to wait 30 minutes in the hotel parking lot in order for our car to be parked. "Complimentary valet" means "we don't have enough parking so we'll take your car down the road and park it at Bennigans for you." It took forever. We checked in and went up to our room, and it was really hot. We turned on the AC and it made the loudest nonstop noises. It sounded like it would break or explode at any second. We went downstairs to get a new room and the clerk told us "we'll get you a room that's way more nicer." The new room was exactly the same, and the AC made the same noise, except only once or twice an hour. We just kept it and left first thing in the morning. I would never stay here again.
