Ramada Plaza Resort & Suites International Drive Orlando

Unfortunately this hotel is located behind a very busy shopping center with a restaurant. Psrking was extremely difficult to find. The towers are segregated into the modern updated one and the very shabbily maintained annex which "boasts" a lake view. The complimentary bkfast if it could be called that was very limited and with not enough product to feed the guests. The buffet was NOT replenished even though bkfast hours were not over. Room was in great need of maintenance and upkeep. Glad it was only a one night stay!!!

the staff needs to be fast. two staff member helping one guest!! while others wait!! not enough staff.

Hotel has good location if you are looking for stay on International Drive. Very nice view on lake from rooms. Personal tried to help us but was not really useful. It was very hot time and AC have to work the whole day and night to support acceptable temperature in room. AC was old one and pretty noisy, especially during nighttime. Room condition was good enough. There are a lot of amenities for children and adults around but no one place to drink good coffee. Continental breakfast was usual: cereal, bagels, waffles and coffee/tee but enough to get to parks and start your entertainments. In common, I would recommend this hotel for family vacation but you have to concern about hot weather.

Bathroom smelled terrible. There was an awful smell coming from the foset.

Very disappointed with the room - washroom sucked :"( and I booked for 3 days with no chance to change and it rained so had to spend most of my time in the room - which sucked - if the room was better I guess I wouldn't have mind - spoiled my trip - then I called down to front desk for the wifi password and they kept me on hold for more than 1/2 hr do I hung up - bad experience won't go back there!!!!

The hotel was good especially for the money. the atmosphere was nice and the room was ok. It looked as if the hotel was being upgraded and all though our room was ok, it was in the older part of the hotel "Didin't like that very much." I did like the staff, and the loction is great, not far at all from the theme parks.

The lobby of the hotel was beautiful, but the room was average. One of the blankets on the bed had a hole in it. When they did the sheets instead of replacing the blanket, it was just turned the opposite direction. The room has a beautiful view of the Wet n Wild water park and the lake (we were on the first floor). The hotel is centrally located to alot of restaurants and activities on International Drive, which was very beneficial for when you just wanted to go outside and walk. Hotel is doing construction, so that did hinder when it came to parking.

I was blowed away when we stepped into the foyer but that part of the hotel was new and shiny. our room was in the older tower in the back it was ok nothing to brag about. wallpaper was starting to peel the refrig. didn't work but for the amout I paid it was I felt a bargain for 4 people for 3 nights (comfy beds)plus free breakfast most of the time it was toast and ceral with coffee or juice ok for quick bite I'd stay here again it was centrally located. Also staff was nice.

You get what you pay for. It wasn't at all what I expected but it was nice. The view was amazing! But if I was there for a long vacation then it wasn't worth there. I went for two days and it was fine for those two days.
