Florida Getaway
I flew out to spend a week with my lovely girlfriend and wanted to stay close to her family. This location was perfect. The staff was great. The only problem was that they were doing construction on my floor so every morning I woke up to noise.

Kinda bummed
Not Great - Not Terrible
Not so good: 1. Found dirty wash cloths hanging on shower curtain when first walking into the room. Obviously not mine. 2. Found 2 dirty towels on TV dresser when first walking into room. Not mine. 3. Dinner: Food mediocre at best. 4. Breakfast: Food mediocre at best. The Good: 1. Extremely friendly and polite staff. 2. Good drink prices. 3. Decent room. (except for above)

Great Vacation Stay
Overall a great place to stay! The room, hotel, even the grounds were exeptionally clean. Everyone on the staff was very friendly and helpfull. The buffet breakfast was very good (except for the fake eggs). The water pressure for the shower was the best of any hotel I have stayed at, even better than home. The only minimal complaint would be the A/C unit didn't function 100%, the "fan only" did not work. For those that like white noise at night it was a bit irritating. Overall I would definately reccomend and stay again.

Happy Experience
Fun Getaway
I've stayed at this hotel a couple of times over the years. They have made great upgrades to the hotel and the room. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Will definitely be coming back to stay if I'm in Orlando again.

Deferred maintenance dump
Poorly patched walls left unpainted. Toilet leaking onto floor. Mildew (or worse) on tattered showercurtain. Key card said I had been "upgraded" so God help you if you don't get a "special" room like mine! Front desk clerk very concerned and apologetic when I reported toilet & mildew next morning. I will never stay here again

good location for ucf parents
hotel is a little run down as far as looks. The pool area has styrofoam walls crumbling apart and my pillow had stains on it. The staff was helpful and friendly, but I don't think for $100 we would stay there again. It would have to be cheaper for us to want to stay there again. We were close to our child, but there are so many hotels right there, there is a lot to choose from. I would definitely bid lower for this hotel. Also very noisy corner in Orlando!

Clean the bathrooms
The hotel and staff were very nice, cleaning of rooms needs improvement. Bathrooms needed a lot of TLC

Below average
I stayed here 4 months ago and was pleased with the value I was getting for what I was paying. The last time I stayed, I cannot say the same. Staff was great and very accomodating. The room itself was very dirty. When I first walked in there was dirt all over the floor and was never vacuumed the entire time I was there. There was hair on the hair dryer. Comfort bed is not comfortable. I don't think I will stay here again.

Nice hotel. Nothing extra-special. The beds were the sleep number air mattresses that you can control the firmness. I would stay there again. The pillows were dreadfully small and flat. My sister's room had 4 extra pillows (shams) in addition to 4 bed pillows. We had no shams. The towels were lacking, 1 wash cloth and 2 hand towels for 3 people! Not a show-stopper just ask at the desk. No refrigerator or microwave. The one tiny vending machine was a joke, the tiniest thing I've ever seen. Overall the hotel was very clean and the lobby area was quite nice.
