Radisson Hotel Orlando - International Drive

They talk soo many bad things behind the customers back. They call the tourists stupid and basically unpleasent people. none of the people there are professional at all! I actually pretended to be a guest and walked in and talked to the bellhop. He was literally smacking his gum in my face and scrolling his phone. Didnt look in my face once. So i then went to talk to the front desk and this is without exaggeration what i saw. The front office manager chomping on her sandwich over the counter, 3 other employess on their phones and loud laughter from them . The guests were trying to ask them questions and this one employee looked in his face and said "im busy!" .. while she was on her personal phone. This hotel is despicable! horrible.. All of the guests that ive talked to just trying to know their opinions were surprised of how unpleasent their stay was. Room service never worked and they make you feel uncomfortable. As if you werent wanted there. They also over price everything!!! Horrible and disgusting place. Not recomended at all.. I dont even think that the staff deserves a 1 star. Its in the negatives. completley over work their housekeepers.

I like the hotel because it´s a great value for its price. Everything is closed by yet the neighborhood is great. It has an excellent service and reservations were respected eventhough they had been done well in advance .

The staff was excellent at this hotel. It was very nice and very clean. It is located next to some restaurants which was nice so we could walk and stretch our legs. The only downer about this hotel is it doesn't have a free breakfast.

Hotel was fine for the brief time we were there. Nearby to the airport.

I was told we would have 2 queen size beds , they were a lot smaller then queen. The beds need a topping on the sleep number bed . I could not adjust them they were to soft or to hard.

When we came we found that it is a problem to take the shower: weak flow of almost cool water. The service man which we called asked us what we want: higher pressure or higher temperature. We said both. The shower head was fixed and temperature of water was increased. The room cleaners worked differently: some do the best, some did their work bad. Once the room cleaner did not come after 2:20PM (we stayed in the room with "do not disturb" until 2.20 PM). We found a smoking people in "no tobacco" areas. Just one cart was available when checked in, no cart when we checked out. (Actually I saw two carts during staying). The drive to the parking space has a poor pavement. It looks like the hotel has a lack of good management. Positive things: Our room have a lot of space. We asked for later check-out and were proposed 1 PM (instead of 12PM). YMCA facility is on site. Close to Orlando's attractions.

mistake in check in. The room key doesn't work properly. Try over 10 times, then you can get in. Leaking water in the corredor..And, resort fee is mandatory even you never use those.

This hotel provides everything. There is a pool both indoor and outdoor, several places where you can choose to dine. Room service can be a bit pricy ranging from $6-19 per person but well worth it. Room service comes every day and picks up everything, and provides a clean atmosphere. The room isn't expensive, every suite has a flat screen TV and there is shuttles to all the major parks. I enjoyed my stay. Also minimum check in age is 18 so for all your yonger people who need a place to Orlando look no further.

The hotel staff was courteous in-person, but I was put on hold for almost 10 minutes, 3 times, when trying to book a room; I hung up each time and booked on the Internet. The room was clean and there were amenities, although I only used the free WiFi. Their computer system was down, so checking in took forever. We just needed a clean, comfortable room and it was.
