Average experience, average hotel
Not as close to the Convention Center as I would of Liked, but still overall I got what I paid for.

ONE GOOD THING..
This hotel only has one positive and that is the location. The room was on the 4th floor and the air con was leaking which means that the carpet was all wet. We wanted to watch ABC on our in room tv and it was the only channel that didn't have any sound. We called the front desk and whoever was there didn't seem to care and was chewing gum and very unprofessional. There was only one ice machine working and had to walk the whole hotel to find ice. Again the only positive is the location.

Great Value, Great Customer Service
Checked in with a smile, room was spotless, coffee pot was busted but was promptly replaced even though it was 4am. Check out went completely smooth and when we requested a cab back to collect our car, the representative had a driver for us within 5 minutes.

Quality Inns in Orlando are a great value for the money!
Being a Floridian I travel quite a bit to Orlando and whenever I am there for a few days for business I normally stay at the Quality Inn. So far all of their locations I have stayed at the rooms have been very clean, with a decent breakfast for your average road warrior or tourist, and the staff are really great! I consider Quality Inn to be one of the best values in Orlando!

Pay resort fees
I didn't see on my booking that I have to pay $5 extra on the hotel... This is the only bad thing about this trip... Everything else was great!

Dump
First we got put next to housekeeping. They spent our first morning banging carts off our wall and yelling to each other. I complained and they moved us in a room with all the appliances not plugged in, tv with issues, broken mirror which a child could easily touch, smashed in panel in front of sink, wet carpet and a stench. The front desk always had something different to tell us so I think some training may be in order. Good luck finding a working ice machine. I got lucky after checking the sixth one on the other side of the hotel. I know its a budget hotel but I have never had a worse experience. We moved to a cheaper cleaner hotel. Pass this one up as there were better deals all around I-drive.
