Awesome All-Star Weekend
I booked the hotel at the last minute but soon found out that it was the perfect place and the perfect location for all of the NBA all-star festivities. In addition, I got a great price for a 5 star room. Loved it... will definitely stay at a Peabody hotel again and again and again!

Fabulous!
The hotel was everything I imagined and more. The lobby was beautifully decorated and so were the rooms. TVs in the bathroom mirror; I had never seen that before. The bed was the most comfortable one I've ever experienced and the staff was awesome as well. The prices were very inflated because it was NBA Allstar weekend but I would pay it again because the value was great.

Wonderful weekend experience
Took advantage of the long weekend and booked two nights at the Peabody - a wonderful hotel at a pretty reasonable price. You're minutes from the theme parks and across the street from the Convention Center and a wide selection of restaurants. We will be back!

Great hotel, staff do not aim to please, dry cleaning service sucks
I had a great check in, welcoming morning staff and did not have to wait for room to be ready even though I arrived in the morning. They were pleasent and a great start to my stay in Orlando. Unfotunately all the staff do not have the same happy attitude to please the guests. Overall I had a good experience for the amount spent but not exceptional as I would have expected. I had a formal awards dinner I was scheduled to attend so the night prior I called housekeeping to see if they could dryclean my blazer and slacks and have ready in time for the following evening. They said no problem and would have in my closet by 5pm that night. Well I left for the day and returned about 630pm and no drycleaning. :( So I called the service # and they said check the clostet and I explainded I just did. The lady said she would call me back but after 30 minutes of waiting and no return call, I called again. She said sorry housecleaning should have called me. She did not have a answer but was going to call me back again after talking to housekeeping. Still no return call so 15 minutes later I called her and told her I am now late and please have a superviser cal me at 730am and I would find another outfit to wear this night. Well no call was ever received. I requested turn down service and only received it 1/2 of my stay, not a big deal but many things were not cosistant as I would expect more from this caliber of hotel. So when check out came I asked for my drycleaning to be credited since they did not deliver when promised and I did not have a chance to wear, infact it made me late waitng in suspense. I also told them I never recived a call as I requested and told I would. Well the "guest reps" at the checkout Tara & Michael stated they need a superviser to approve and should only take a minute but Tara had to step in back to get a return call as the front does not get those incoming calls. This was odd to me and frankly weird? So I wait.... not a minute as told but over 15 for Tara to return. I was a bit frustarted when she said I would have to wait a few minutes for the housekeeping manager to come down as she wanted to talk to me and appoligize. as of now its been over 20 minutes and I was not in the mood for talking or waiting any more. I would have not asked for a credit if I would have know it would have taking this long! I asked for a manager, Tara left for a few more minutes and returned with "Cinthya Blake assistant HSK Manager". Cinthya was unaware of my concerns so I had to waste more time telling her my frustrations with the drycleaning and hotel service. I simply told her I did not want to waste more time its been close to a half hour and I need to go. Please credit and give me your card so I can share my frustrations. I usually give amazing reviews but I was and still am very frustrated how they handled this. This should have taken 5 minutes max and they did not respect my time as a guest.

Orlando Peabody
This hotel is a hidden treasure accross from the convention center. The staff were all very helpful and professional. We ended up on a Murphy bed (a wall bed) in a large room. We got a kick out of the television in the mirror in the bathroom. Wished coffee was available in room. We enjoyed our stay here. Self parking was reasonable at $14. The Napa restaurant is excellent with a good wine list and excellent service and food. Enjoyed the ducks and the duck parade from the fountain bar to the elevator.

The Peabody is AMAZING
The Peabody is simply the best hotel I've ever stayed at. Our room had a split design with an entry way, restroom, vanity and desk area on one side and the bed and sitting area on the other side. This was also the cleanest room I've ever stayed in. The pool areas were great. There are several nice lounges and restaurants to chose from. And the duck march on the red carpet to the fountain was adorable. I hope to stay again at this luxurious resort.
