Disney Trip
Highly recommended! Great price for beautiful condos. Close to the Disney parks and plenty of room for everyone to spread out, which is important when traveling with 5 kids ages 7 through 18! Was missing a few key items from the kitchen (the only plastic cookware in our rental was a pasta spoon) but we worked around that. Only 2 of the 3 bedrooms had televisions, but again, we made it work. Would definitely book again.

Friendly staff. Great customer service. You have to clean your own room unless you want to pay a fee. The hotel charge an $8.00 daily fee not clear on the reason for that.

Mother's Day Getaway
My sister and I had a pleasurable time at Palisades Resort, enjoyed the peacefulness at our hotel that week, one day we had the pool all to ourselves. Very convenient to the parks and restaurants. The rooms are very spacious and felt like we had our very own mansion for the week. Overall-perfect!!

Not five star .but ideal for family @the price paid.Plenty of space in the apartment.All the staff are very help full.The gardens & pool are well maintained & i can promote a garden view,would like to stay there again.

Wonderful stay!
Everyone at Palisades were very helpful even when we decided to check in 12 hours early. The suite was spacious and very clean. The full service kitchen had like new appliances and the washer/dryer worked great. We didn't have any problems with noise from the road(we sleep with a fan on anyways) plus the road is not busy at all. It was tucked away on a side street but very close to plenty of stores and restaurants. Universal and SeaWorld are about 15 minutes away but Disney is literally right down the road. There is no daily housekeeping which is fine by me, it gives me the feel of being privately at home. I did my own laundry which I do anyhow at home so nothing new there. We loved it here and will recommend it to family and friends! There is a $5.00 a day resort charge but I knew it about it in advance so it was not a surprise to me.

great place to stay for theme park
We stayed at the 2 bedroom condo. It was very clean and convenient. We enjoyed the large screened porch and balcony. The beds were very comfortable. Full kitchen helped us to save a lot of money on food. There was no garbage disposal in the kitchen sink, which i thought was unusual fot brand new place. We ate breakfast at the room, but used juice and bagels from breakfast buffet in the lobby. The building is newly built and smells fresh. We had internet in the room but not very fast connection. The sauna, hot tub and pool were nice. It would be better if the pool would stay open till 11 at least. We would enjoy going to the pool after Disney Parks, but most of the days it was almost 10 when we return from Parks. I would suggest having cereal on the breakfast and keep pool open later. Location is one of the biggest advantages of the hotel. It is located on the quiet road and you can drove to Disney Parks using the back roads to avoid traffic. The views from the room are great.
