Orlando Hotel and Suites

One of the staff member was not very helpful, the other was over the top. Tthe staff should be more helpful in giving directions, entertainment choices, safety tips, etc. For the money, it was a good choice.

this was my first time at this hotel and i was very impressed with the king size suite i received...it was clean and the hotel was very quiet..the breakfast bar was awesome too..i would most definitely return or recommend this hotel.

Overall it was good! Room was clean! Staff were polite and helpfull. The breakfast was fair! The towels were clean but were old and should be replaced with new!

Stayed one night on the way back home. It is not to far from the airport and we could fit in some last minute touristy things as International Drive is just around the corner. Staff was helpful and friendly room was neat and clean.

This hotel was a total letdown for my family. We booked this hotel because we needed a room with 2 queen beds and we wanted shuttle service to Universal Studios. We checked in only to be told that the rooms with queen beds were unavailable. We were given a king with a sofa bed which was highly uncomfortable for any human being to sleep on. let alone a teenage boy. The shuttle service never showed up and we ended up paying for parking. The breakfast offered in the hotel is disgusting and the staff is clueless.

They failed to deliver what they promised: 2 queen size beds in each of our 2 rooms. They then tried to substitute it with a suite when a room with 2 queen beds was not available. It was a disgusting smoking room. One of our 4 teenage children had to sleep on a sofa bed which had a horrrible mattress. The shuttle to Universal never showed up the first day. We had to take our own car and pay $20 to park. The fitness center had one elliptical, one bike and one treadmill. The elliptical did not work. The A/C in the hallway did not work the entire 4 day stay. The breakfast was disgusting. Powdered eggs, pre-made pancakes was the hot food. Nothing was cooked at the time. No ala carte menu. You had to pay $9.95 for this junk. Vending machine on our floor did not work. A horrible experience. Don't stay at this hotel.

The hotel was pretty average. While they did clean the room everyday, they forgot to replace our towels on day and didnt do a spectacular job on cleaning the bathroom. Even worst was the fact that they advertise WiFi but it is only available in the LOBBY!!! Again very disapointed!!!

We were here for a week, seeing Seaworld, Disney, and Universal. Hotel location is great - we were able to come back every day for a lunch break and nap. The kitchen included a full sized fridge, a 2 burner stove, and microwave, so we were able to save money by doing lunch at the hotel. Pool was a hit with the kids.

The stay at this hotel was not very pleasant. it was hot in the hotel common areas such as lobby and elevators. the room was not well maintained, the television did not work and neither did the window a/c unit. I don't recommend this location.
