Great Setting
View was incredible! Rooms were spacious. Staff attentive to needs. Could not check in early, and the housekeepers were very inconsistent re: towels. Would stay again as the rate was very competitive.

Great girls getaway
Stayed here for 4 nights and loved it. Our room was great!! Clean, modern and very comfortable! The washer/dryer was a huge plus!! The $7.99 a day resort fee was a steal compared to other resorts!! Our room was cleaned everyday and the staff was very helpful!! We had one maintenance issue and it was resolved right away!! The kitchen was beautiful and it saved us money being able to have all the major appliances. I would definitely come back with my husband and kids. The room was spacious with tons of closet space. Both rooms had plenty of privacy! Also having two bathrooms was a plus when trying to get ready. I would highly recommend this hotel. We had a great stay!!!

decent... but not the best
the rooms/ hotel looked very nice and modern. It's about 15+ min drive from universal, much further than I had thought. Rooms did not have hairdryer as stated in description. Also, some general maintenance needed ie: light bulbs out, sink knobs needed to be tightened. I was also charged an extra $8 hotel fee per day for "free wi-fi, shuttle service to epcot" etc.. none of which i knew about or used. NOTE: I liked how the concierge told me it was for the "FREE" stuff.

Beautiful place, great deal!
This place is very new and top-notch. There is a complete kitchen with modern appliances, including large side-by-side fridge, full stove, large microwave, and dishwasher. There are flat-screen TV's in each bedroom. The master bath is enormous, with a jacuzzi--great after a day in the theme parks. The second bathroom is quite large also. Matter of fact, the whole place is spacious, I never had the feeling I was in a hotel room or a suite, it's a full-sized apartment. There are several closets, one with a decent-sized safe if you want to secure a laptop or other items. The decor is classic and low-key. The staff is very responsive and have good info on directions, places to eat, etc. All of them were quite friendly. The location is good if you like less traffic and noise. If you like wall-to-wall shops and restaurants this isn't your place. The surrounding area has more trees and grass than much of Orlando. I wouldn't stay here without a car, though it's not out in the boonies. There are several restaurants (from McDonalds to Outback) within a couple minutes ride. It took us about 15 minutes to get to the Magic Kingdom in Disney World. Seaworld is right around the corner. I will absolutely stay here again. Out of 20 or so trips I've taken to Orlando, I can tell you these accommodations will enhance your entire trip.
