Lake Eve Resort

We greatly enjoyed our stay here due to the friendly staff, the cleanliness, the amenities of the hotel, and the proximity to theme parks in Orlando. We would definitely recommend and plan to stay there again next time we are in town.

I was a guest at this hotel 3 times: one in 2011, two now in 2012 (Feb and Dec). It was sad to see quality being neglected in so short time. My first stay here was very good, everything worked perfectly. Back in February 2012 I started to see maintenance and cleanliness problems, but nothing so serious. Now, December 2012 (10 months after), I was really disappointed. For 2 or 3 times my room wasn't cleaned properly. I had no explanations. My room also had 5 or 6 light bulbs not working - one in the room was actually broken - and it wasn't changed in 15 days I stayed there. I left a complain at front desk in my 2nd night there to ask someone to change those light bulbs, get more coffee cups in my room (there was 1 and we were 5), and other minor things. It was WORTHLESS. Being honest, we used to stay and recommend Lake Eve Resort for friends, but I confess we won't stay there again. There are newer options, such as a Sheraton right across the street. The location is excellent (market, Sea World, I4, outlets, etc) but there is a serious management problem at Lake Eve impacting their room service and maintenance. I hope someone get it fixed ASAP.

We stayed in the 1 room suite and it was perfect for our family vacation. My only complaint was the shower handle was broken so each time we went to turn the water on it fell off. I called the front desk to inform them of this and what i thought was a broken bed and was told that maintenance would be alerted, but no one ever came. Also the internet was in and out our stay. Other than those minor things, we loved staying here.

View was incredible! Rooms were spacious. Staff attentive to needs. Could not check in early, and the housekeepers were very inconsistent re: towels. Would stay again as the rate was very competitive.

I was disappointed that we were unable to stay in the 3 bedroom suite that we reserved. I understand that it was not Lake Eve's fault because the current tenant decided to stay longer. I accepted their offer of 2 adjacent rooms, which were PERFECT. I holpe to stay at Lake Eve on my next trip to Disney.

Two bedroom unit, master with one very comfortable bed, and it's own 2 sink bathroom; other with two beds and nearby bathroom. A one bedroom unit wasn't available. If you don't plan to cook or need other services nearby this is your place to stay. Two of the three pan handles were loose, reported to front desk - not replaced during our stay. We ate one dinner at the single restaurant in this resort; the food was good and reasonably priced, Our stay was primarily spending time with family at Disney locations. We did take one side trip ourselves to Clearwater Beach, FL, about two hours away - very nice! Will recommend to friends if cooking is not needed.

Hotel Staff perfect especially Yarmary!!! Location excellent. Hotel outstanding. Bathroom shower was NOT cleaned daily. This was the only opportunity. Everything else was outstanding. I will stay again.

The staff was courteous and quite hospitable. Our room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The children loved the pool and scenery around the lake, we would definitely stay her again.

It was great, love everything but the towels, not the best quality. Location is great, rooms excellent ... bathroom floor :(

Stayed here for 4 nights and loved it. Our room was great!! Clean, modern and very comfortable! The washer/dryer was a huge plus!! The $7.99 a day resort fee was a steal compared to other resorts!! Our room was cleaned everyday and the staff was very helpful!! We had one maintenance issue and it was resolved right away!! The kitchen was beautiful and it saved us money being able to have all the major appliances. I would definitely come back with my husband and kids. The room was spacious with tons of closet space. Both rooms had plenty of privacy! Also having two bathrooms was a plus when trying to get ready. I would highly recommend this hotel. We had a great stay!!!
