Our stay at this hotel was great, clean rooms, great staff, and service. Always friendly and helpful. Good location with safety. Pool area cleaned and well maintained. Would stay again! Breakfast time not long enough (only till 9am) and not enough variety.

Very friendy staff Housekeeping very attentive to our needs,very pleasant
La Quintas staff were very friendly,check in and check out was fast and efficiently done. Rooms were clean and fresh linens were always provided along with prompt room cleanup. Hotel is located in a very convienient location to restaurants and stores. Florida was having a short coldspell but still pool maintenance should have been better. Grounds were well maintained and clean,parking could be a problem when spaces were not available because back of hotel was not well lit if you had to walk any distance but most of time it was available. All in all would recommend this hotel for for short term stay,if your looking for a comfortable place to sleep thats clean.

There were so many places within a short drive to this hotel,many excellent steak houses,Macaroni Grill,Perkins,Ruby Tuesdays,and we found an excellent mexican restaurant which i would recommend to anyone,El Cerro,the food is unbelievable,the atmosphere and service will simply amaze you...the greatest!!!

Huge Room! Pet Friendly! Everyone Friendly!
Quick, positive check-in. Beautiful clean room with comfortable beds. Room had lots of space and very easy to find places around UCF to dine out. Tell others that there is a huge mall down the road to fit anyone's taste. Would stay here again. I felt totally safe and pleased. My family came along and couldn't stop talking about how clean and new everything seemed.

GREAT Place, GREAT location
Loved La Quinta!! The room was spotless, the location was wonderful. Check-in was effortless, parking was secure. We took our little Maltese doggie, and he also enjoyed himself. My husband and I had a very pleasant time, and look forward to our next visit to LaQuinta Inn and Suites.

There are so many great restaurants nearby to choose from. I highly recommend the Great Panda Buffet Restaurant on Alafaya. They have a wonderful selection of fresh, delicious food.

no early check-ins
hotel is very clean and location is fine for me, however, I specicically ordered an early (12) check in time, did not arrive until 1:30 and my room was still not cleaned. There was only one person checking in the 4 parties of guests so that further delayed check in. Then the clerk(mngt) tried to explain, it wasn't his fault that no one from night leaves a list of early check ins...PERSONAL PROBLEM....upon going up to my room,415, which was recommended by the lady the night before-very accommadating, the house keeper was very kind to stop what she was doing and attend to my situation....
