Could be doctored up a bit more but a reasonable value
I have stayed in older quaint hotels before and they are kept up. This hotel was not but since it had several sections so I cannot describe the 4 other buildings. My section was built in the 1960s and outside of the room (in the halls, elevator) the hotel was not kept in good shape. I could not read the elevator floor selection buttons because the numbers were worn off, there were blue scuff marks, items had been removed but the mounting holes were still showing, I could go on and name many more things.

Buy your snacks or other sundries before you get in the area of the hotel...the Walgreens down the block was VERY expensive. Close to $3 for a can of Pringles, $2.89 for a 32 ounce bottle of water, 2.25 for a small 3 ounce bag of potato chips. The hotel vending machines are cheaper.

As Expected
Was in a "newly remodeled" tower room. Found the room spacious with new carpet and fresh coat of paint. Found sheets to be fresh, and beds to be okay. As others have mentioned, the bathrooms were not fully updated with the rest of the room, leaky faucet handles and cracked tiles. Not that big of deal really, considering the bargain pricing. Was there for a recent conference and found all wait staff and cleaning staff to be timely and effective. Would not suggest eating at the hotel restaurant as I found it disappointing. Only one staff member ran the entire restaurant, he was trying his best but obviously needed help. However between the lack of staff and poor quality food, I did not return.

In Hotel
Do not eat at the hotel, you will be disappointed. In this location you really have no excuse as there are at least a dozen other places to eat within a 5-10 minute walk.

stay at building D
Do not stay at the tower building! it's not renovated. Building D is much much nicer, room interior wise. But there are really really really tiny ants in the room, Not sure if it's a seasonal issue. we stayed there during the beginning of March.

For Business
This was a fine hotel for my business trip and it had all you needed for your stay. For vacation I would not enjoy it simple because in a resort ,you want everything the hotel has to offer close and contained . Walking from building to building to get to and from meals, bar, pool etc. was not to my liking. Overall price was fare due to the forth night free offer.

Avoid! There's so many other choices!
When I book this hotel, I notice that it was only a few extra dollars for the newly renovated rooms. So I choose that option. When I got there, the room was spacious but the television was old and to our surprise, the tv actually turn black and white! But that's fine, I told myself. There's also a funny smell in the bathroom, the toilet cover was yellowish and one of the bed caves in! There's also a big wet spot by the window. But I told myself that's fine. I notice there wasn't a lot of people in the parking lot. Then that night, our neighbor smoke weed! It smell so bad! I called and complain to front desk. Things only got worse on the second night, the toilet won't flush and the internet sucks! The tv keep switching from color to black and white! So I finally called front desk and ask for a room change, that's when I found out that we were not even in the newly renovated room! We received a lame excuse and was moved to the D building. This building was suppose to be a new one but it was more of a degrade minus the flat screen tv. Please keep in mind that I am a very patient person and tried very hard not to bother front desk but the condition at this hotel was just too much! Stay away from it! I only give it a star because the costumer service was good. I'm going back to Orlando in a few months and will definitely stay away from this hotel.

Look around for theme park tickets. It's cheaper to get it from Walmart or a 3rd party.
