International Palms Resort and Conference Center

Some negatives rooms and elevators seem tired however a good value for the surroundings.

We stayed in the tower facing International Drive and the view was amazing! The staff is great at keeping everything stocked. The pool area is beautifully set up. We can't wait to go back!

When I book this hotel, I notice that it was only a few extra dollars for the newly renovated rooms. So I choose that option. When I got there, the room was spacious but the television was old and to our surprise, the tv actually turn black and white! But that's fine, I told myself. There's also a funny smell in the bathroom, the toilet cover was yellowish and one of the bed caves in! There's also a big wet spot by the window. But I told myself that's fine. I notice there wasn't a lot of people in the parking lot. Then that night, our neighbor smoke weed! It smell so bad! I called and complain to front desk. Things only got worse on the second night, the toilet won't flush and the internet sucks! The tv keep switching from color to black and white! So I finally called front desk and ask for a room change, that's when I found out that we were not even in the newly renovated room! We received a lame excuse and was moved to the D building. This building was suppose to be a new one but it was more of a degrade minus the flat screen tv. Please keep in mind that I am a very patient person and tried very hard not to bother front desk but the condition at this hotel was just too much! Stay away from it! I only give it a star because the costumer service was good. I'm going back to Orlando in a few months and will definitely stay away from this hotel.

Clean, comfortable and safe. Would reccomend! Staff was very helpful and courtious. Perfect location for shopping dining and the convention center. Easy to find my way around since everything was right at the location of the hotel.

The hotel was in a great location, lots of dining within walking distance. The shopping was 10 minutes up the road and you were 5 minutes from the interstate. The hotel was very clean and the people there were very polite and genuinely nice. The little safe in my room needed batteries, not much of a issue.

There are some shops restrants. Hotelstaffs are very helpfull.

Very comfortable and very nice staff, will go the extra mile for you.

I traveled to Orlando January 1, 1212 for 6 days with my boyfriend. Our vacation was mediocre. There were hotel fees at the end of our stay and it just seemed that everywhere we went it was costly. So, I would suggest if you are planning a trip to Orlando to include additional fees/random extras that will cost you a lot more than you expect. However, the hotel was nice in terms of cleanliness and staff friendliness, though they really try to sell on buying tickets for the parks.

It was good but not great. The room was ok. It was cleaned.

staff was kind enough to charge $7.99 a day for amenities which i did not want or use. refrig not cold. told staff no response. went to dollar store bought bucket filled with ice every day to keep milk cold enough. internet not working properly had to go to mcdonalds to get on line.shower hand held head leak,could not use.one good thing no bugs.
