Cheap, easy and convenient!
Great stay before our Disney Cruise... Close to airport, kids swam in the outdoor pool and we had pizza delivered poolside for dinner. Nice staff, good clean accommodations, easy check out and free transfer shuttle to airport. I gave it 4 stars because it's not upscale or luxury, but quite perfect for a family stay in every way!

The hotel gave us a complete list of local restaurants and places that delivered to the hotel. Instead of taking the kids back out after a long plane ride we opted for getting pizza delivered poolside- instant party with our friends that stayed with us! Great time had by all!

Last Night Before Going Home
Was our last stop before going home after our cruise. Hotel was great!! Only wish there was a restaurant inside. Also, pictures in their elevators showed waffles at breakfast, and looked yummy. Waffles were not part of the buffet which was disappointing. Front desk staff was extremely helpful!!

Had a great st!ay
I was looking for something last min and found this place for a good price. Arived a couple of hours after and everything was smooth. Room clean, spacious, breakfast was amazing.. Pancakes, scrambled eggs, fruist, cereal ect... had a great stay and will come back.

Missedaflight
Last Minute Booking
Missed a flight in Orlando and needed a hotel for the night. A quick search showed the Hyatt with a very low rate. I was a little unsure of the quality we would get based on the rate but figured if it was a Hyatt it should be OK. The hotel was very nice. Staff was very friendly considering the late hour. The shuttle was free. The internet was free. The decor was contemporary and clean as well as a free breakfast bar in the morning. Rooms were well appointed and clean. I give them 'two-thumbs-up'.

If you travel with kids bring the Nintendo Wii or Playstation. every room has a 46 inch hdtv and a very simple to use docking station for games,dvd, bluray players.oh and Free wifi

Fantastic Hotel Fantastic Staff
My Daughter and I came in for 2 weeks. I looked at many hotels throughout Orlando and decided on this one for location and the size of the room. My Daughter is 2 and for the amount of time we were spending I did not want to be cramped. The Staff was unbelieveable, they were so friendly and helpful. My room was always clean by the wonderful housekeeping staff. Breakfast offered various cereals, juices, fruit and baked goods. I loved the fact it was not in the tourist district, close to the airport and quiet. I recommend this hotel to all.
