I checked in earlie on the 11-21-2011 and that was not a problem with the staff. The room was very clean. The breakfast and staff was 100% our shuttle driver, checking person and photographer was the same person you know who you are lol. She was the best.

I booked the reservation with my iphone and minutes later I arrived at the hotel with "everything covered" no hassle, no problems at 12 a.m. PROS: its a rock throw away from the airport...clean environment, spacious room everything included, office table and chair setup, Big 42" tv....CON: wifi is free for one night, the breakfast is real light

Hyatt Place Orlando Airpt NW
The staff was overall good and professional, the style and comfort of the rooms is pretty great, roomy and well apportioned. Impressively large and equipped workout room. Great location very close to the airport but not too noisy, and next to a park. But they could have done a little better on the continental breakfast buffet - very lame!

Very modern and nice hotel
Very nice and roomy hotel. Everything was spot on. The only complaint I have is that most of the TV stations were blacked out due to a cable problem.

In need of TLC
The location of the hoel is good ... that's it. The rooms are older looking and dampish /musty smelling. The rooms have an in-room air system ... so it's VERY noisy. Our bathtub drain was clogged the first morning and would not drain. The button on the radio clock alarm were broken too. Dingy is the word that comes to mind ... definately in need of TLC.
