Holiday Inn Resort CASTLE I-DRIVE

A nightmare First of all the pictures they show on the internant is nothing like real life. Needs a lot of updates. CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS I told the lady at the front desk I had a reservation what she does next is ask for my ID and credit card then she swips my credits card I replied what are you doing I have a reservation. then she does the dumbest thing ask me my last name while my ID and credit card is in her hand very unprofessional need to train better staff one customer you will never see again. Customer Service should always be Number !..

The hotel was excellent for the location and the price. On the premise, was a jacuzzi, pool, small acarde, gym, concierge (tickets, shuttle service) and dining area. Location of the Hotel could not be beat. We were minutes from the parks and right on International Drive. An excellent location. As for the room, it was all we needed as was only two of us. The mattress seamed a little soft a woke with a sore back. But that could just be my problem. I do not recall breakfast being offered through the website and was not asked when checking in either. The interaction with staff was fine and had no issues. The Caste on I-Drive is a definitely a possibility for our next trip to Orlando with the kids. Have fun...

Went here for a quick winter getaway for our first time to Disney. Such a GREAT deal especially for how cool the room is. The "fantasy"/ castle theme is done well and the bed is super comfortable. This will be our go to place when we visit Orlando if we are looking for good value.

GREAT! PERFECT LOCATION AND PRICE! MUST STAY FOR KIDS OR COUPLES

Rooms were clean and beds very comfortable. About 15 min from disney but located in safe area with many restaurants. Very convenient for family to go out to eat and drive to other location for shopping. Pools was heated which kids enjoyed.

The smile on my children's face describes how excited they were when they saw that beautiful castle that was the hotel. Is it for real? Yes, it is magical.

This was a great hotel for the value. Clean rooms and friendly staff...would recommend.

We went for my sister's bachelorette party and The Castle was a perfect location! My only complaint was that we requested help with getting the movie ordering thing on the tv to work, and they said they would send someone up. No one ever came. I do admit though it was 3:00am, so I don't blame them for not coming! Overall it is a gorgeous hotel, fabulous pool, perfect location!

We visited universal studios. The hotel was in a convenient to the parks. The staff was friendly. The hotel was very beautiful. The breakfast was great. Only problem is the maid service didn't clean our room or stock fresh towels until we prompted them.

Hotel is beautiful. Our 6 and 7 years old daughters really loved it and feel like a princess. Pool was clean and nice. Staff was friendly and helpful - we asked for a refrigerator because our room did not have one and they brought it in a few minutes. Breakfast however in our opinion is overpriced, but not a big deal, there are plenty of restaurants around so we always ate out. Very good location.
