Great Vacation
It was a great location and the staff and hotel was great. I enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Its located near everything and there were lots of bars and restaurants within walking distance.

short get away
Stayed here last week s while my brother moved back to UCF. The hotel is generally nice but seems to need updates in technology. For instance, the rooms have acces to wired internet, why isn't wireless Internet accessible in the rooms. Also why do rooms still have old tube-style televisions. I have stayed at cheaper hotels that had nicer technological amenities. My only other issues with the hotel were the hallways and elevators. The hallways seemed dated and slightly dingy and rather warm for me but the rooms were comfortable and quiet. My only other issue, which seems minor and maybe a but tacky, were the elevators. An effort was taking to dress up the elevators with wood accents however the wood paneling was attached to the walls with painfully obvious sheet metal screws. I like this hotel I have stayed several times before but it seems like it should be a little nicer for the average night cost.

Not bad
Our experience at the hotel was generally good. The staff was nice and efficient. We were very pleased with the restaurant that's located on the premises. The restaurant staffers were super nice and the food was good. What could have been better is the cleaning of the hotel room. Items from previous guests were left under the beds and in the closets. And the room needed dusting & better vacuuming. Also, the AC is a bit loud. With a bit more attention to cleaning of the rooms, this hotel would receive higher marks in my book. Additionally, a small fridge in the room would be a plus for people staying longer than a day or two.

Short drive from hotel
A very nice shopping center is located about 5-7 miles away from the hotel. Convenient. No need to drive all the way to the mall if you do not wish.

We were in town to get our 18 daughter settled into college dorm. Hotel room was clean. Shower curtain rod was one of those bent outward type designed to give more elbow room in the tub. unfortunately the brackets on the shower rod were loose and the rod tilted downward making it impossible to close the curtain. looked like a lot of people before me had tried to lift the curtain rod into the proper position.

Busy Hotel Stay
Overall, the hotel was acceptable. However, the Internet service did not work, and my room had no Internet cable. As someone traveling on business, this is an important feature to have.
