Room was unkept and not clean upon checkin saw a few bugs in the room as well, the only upside was a nice pool area but pool wasn't vacuumed and dirty as well, will not return

Very Nice Hotel
We only stayed one night - but it was what we needed. We didn't use the pool, hot tub or exercise room, but they looked nice. It is close to the airport, has free shuttle service, restaurants within walking distance and CLEAN! Very good value for the money.

Last Minute Booking
We were able to check in in under five minutes. Hotel staff was very pleasant. The room was very nice; however, the TV set was an older non-HD model. Other than that the stay was worth the money.

Holiday Inn makes for a great holiday
The staff was friendly and were able to answer all of our questions. The room was comfortable. The food was great. What else can I say. I highly recommend this hotel to all who travel to the Orlando area.

Short walk from hotel
There are many restaurants within a short distance, but it was great to eat supper at Cracker Barrels and rock on the front porch listening to the Cracker Barrel radio station.

Great choice
I was in town for the weekend for a friend's wedding. I really enjoyed my stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. They gave me a room way earlier than my check in time. The outdoor heated pool was great and empty while I was there! The hotel is just minutes away from the airport.

Noni on Vacation
My grandson and daughter swam in the beautiful pool. I used the hottub. We used the shuttle service to the airport.

orlando airport Holiday Inn
The hotel and staff were great. We arrive very late, 1:00am, but were greeted warmly. The room was nice, but the challenge was the type of room we were given. We requested a Queen room with 2 doubles- when we arrived we were given a King with a pull out couch- If you make reservations through any online service, you only get what rooms are available, not necessarily what type you requested and paid for in advance. Did not know this was the case and was disappointed that my kids had to sleep on a pullout-

I've had better
Everything was OK. It's just the beds, they were not comfortable. The pillows felt really cheap.

Hotel Survey
Our visit was great until 3am. We were awakened by slamming doors and guests yelling at each other. Security did a great job! They called the offending room and then visited the room when the noise escalated.
