Holiday Inn Express LAKE BUENA VISTA

This hotel is very dated, from the outside it looks decent, however inside the room, feel like a roadside motel that you take on a long trip. The room is quite big, even for a family w/ kids. On the downside, I felt there's not enough lighting in the room. The bathroom is clean despite the wallpaper which has peeled off in many places. The balcony door doesn't close properly and the furniture in the room felt dusty. The staff is very friendly, we arrived early and the staff made sure that we are able to check in early. It's surrounded by family friendly restaurants.

Staff was very helpful! Being a Priority Club member I checked out late which was very helpful.

we were very close to Disney where we sprnt 3 days. very clean and handy to everything we wanted to do.

Excellent place, the pool was fantastic. I would recommend it to anyone.

This was our first trip to Disney with our 9 month old son. We have stayed at many different hotels on various trips and wanted something a little more family friendly. This definitely fit the bill. The room was spacious,the pool was fun, and the breakfast that was supposed to end at 9:30 was available until at least 10. The only problems we encountered were with the elevators, as one was broken when we checked in, but it was fixed the next day. We had an enjoyable stay and would definitely stay here again.

We checked out of this hotel after the first nights stay as too many areas were in need of updating or repair. One example, when we took a shower, water was spraying from the back of the spout and into the opening in the wall (scary).

It started out okay, then the fees began. They charged an additional $8.95 per day to cover the wi-fi and room cleaning. Then when we tried to get the continental breakfast, it was for a privare party only! If you wanted to have breakfast here, you could go to Applebees which was attached to the lobby. There they had a buffet for an additional $11.99 per adult. I will never stay in another Holiday Inn again ! I would reccomend vacationing in another state. The Sea lions @ Sea World beg for handouts,I guess they learned from the state residents of Florida !

Outside Disney hotel district but close to Main Gate. Big food mall (CiCi's great pizza casual dining) beside hotel with Epcot schudel. Beware timeshare reps. they say 90mins but acually it takes 3 1/2 hrs later (not my greatest experience, VERY pushy to make you buy). Room service was great and Express Breakfast was good with daily variety. The only things that made my stay less enjoyable were the beds, they are FIRM beds and I am used to a more softer bed but if you are used to firmer beds I'm sure its great and the shuttle service was only to Epcot and no other Disney Parks (took forever to get to Downtown Disney.

Hotel was very nice rooms were big and roomy. Very clean and beds were super comfortable. The only draw back was breakfast was over at 9:30am. We did not get to the hotel till 12:30am and were super tired. Everyone in our family likes to take showers in the am so pretty much we missed breakfast it would be nice if it was extended to at least 10:30am.

Front desk was very nice allowing me early check in she was very pleasant,,housekeeper was extremely nice and acomodating breakfast was really nice the room was somewhat musty but they took care of that overall stay was very nice
