Parking was bad they need more parking we had to park a block away in a no parking zone and the deck people would not help us .

Great Customer Service
I had an awesome experience at this hotel. The shuttle picked me up from the airport and also took me back to the airport to prepare for my cruise. The breakfast was wonderful and I loved the customer service. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Great overnight after late flight
no problems, the breakfast was good, and shuttle from airport was provided at midnight, after a call to front desk.

worth the money
very clean hotel. great value for the money. When I checked in the desk asked if I wanted a wake up call. I said yes, but never received the call. Thank god i didnt have an early flight. At 930 am, housekeeping entered the room for no reason asking about me checking out. I mentioned all this the next morning and noone offered any type of concession

Close to Orlando International
Needed an inexpensive but nice place to stay close to the airport. Staff was very friendly. Shuttle to the airport only ran on the half hour. Other than that, i have no complaints.

This hotel is your average, overnight stay hotel. It's next door to a 7-11, has a below basic fitness center, and is really a room with a free breakfast. The airport shuttle was very late, and it wasn't solid service at all. I'd book elsewhere.

Excellent Pre-Flight Overnight
Room and staff were excellent. Some issue with a delayed shuttle in the morning. This location was chosen to facilitated an early morning departure from the Orlando Airport and it ticked off all the boxes for this purpose and was pleasantly a friendly place to stay as well.
