Hilton Garden Inn Orlando International Drive North

We had a great experience staying at Hilton Garden Inn Orlando. The whole hotel was very nice and clean. Upon arrival, staff was friendly and very helpful. The only thing that I would change would be the Universal Tram. The hotel is less than a mile away from the gates of 2 major theme parks but the hotel tram only goes really early in the morning and doesn't run again until 6pm. I guess that is still better than the $15 you would pay to park if you drove your own car! Overall, great hotel and we would definitely stay again!

The hotel was great. Nice location, could eat on site, pool was nice, and the room had everything I needed.

We felt treated differently by the hotel because of [...]. We were given a room right across the hall from the conference rooms (holding meetings)on the 1st floor. The air broke in the lobby /restaurant for 2 days. We were not allowed to redeem hotel points because of booking through [...]. They told us we could get our Universal park tickets there to save time. We got vouchers that did not prevent us from standing in long lines st the park like everyone else. The beds were NOT the beds I normally expect from Hilton Garden with softness ajusters on the beds. With small children we were just disappointed and would not book this type of package through hilton garden and most likely not through [...]again.

The hotel was ok, when I arrived to my room the carpets had just been cleaned so they were still wet, therefore my suitcase and everything else on the floor was wet. The location was nice is you are looking for lots of stores and restaurants. The theme parks are several miles away.

Excellent family hotel for the price. Rooms are a nice size, very clean and location is perfect for Universal Studios & shopping. Within walking distance to restaurants, I-Trolly bus service, oulet malls, mini glof & Wet n' Wild. Hotel staff very curtious & friendly. Even loaned children a pet fish during their stay. Would stay again when visting Orlando and highly reccommend to anyone wanting a nice & affordable hotel.

The hotel was great from the service at the front desk to the room. It was very clean and spacious. The pool was fantastic. The only problem was I thought I had booked the Hilton opposite Seaworld and it was about 15 minutes away, there is a Hilton opp Seaworld I assume this was more expensive. Overall really enjoyed the hotel and would go back there again.

We visited Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure. This is a great hotel as far as location, cleanliness, adn price. If we go back to Orlando, we would stay there again!

Went to Universal, Islands of Adventure, City Walk, and one day went over to Disney. I liked that this hotel was only a few minutes from Universal. I liked the Tiki Bar and the cabannas by the pool. I didnt like that there was no food available at the hotel during the day form 1pm - 4pm. A shuttle to the airport would have been nice even if at a small fee or a shuttle to disney.
