Hilton Garden Inn Orlando Airport

Called hotel for shuttle once we arrived to airport before we even got our luggage. 4 more phone calls (unfriendly/unhelpful hotel desk clerk) and 1 hour later..finally got on shuttle only to have to wait for another stop and a driver with excuses and a cracker jack box driver's license...NOT impressed!!!

I enjoyed the carnival season. Everything was nice, would go there again

Staff very friendly, nice hotel the only thing I did not like was in my smoking room the room smelly unusually strong like it had a cigar smoker in the room prior to my arrival. I stay in smoking rooms where ever I can but this was very strong odor, not had this experience before.

Sorry - I only stayed for 1 night. Return to room very late and did not have to much time to enjoy the pool and breakfast.

After calling for the shuttle at approximately 10:40 pm and a second call at 11:30 the shuttle arrived at 11:45 at a different WAITING POINT. The driver claimed to have been there 4 times and as recently as 10 minutes prior to the pick up.He never showed up at the appointed location and the van was not marked on the driver's side, therefore not identifiable to the customer standing at the pick - up point. He did not walk to the pick - up point to check. Customer finally stumbled on shuttle by walking around asking several drivers if they were dropping off at Hilton Gardens. The driver was pleasant and courteous; recommend that suttles be identifiable from the front and both sides (this would have allowed customer to recognize shuttle even in the wrong pick - up parking); that if drivers park elsewhere they walk to the appointed pick - up spot and inquire of waiting passengers at pick - up points as to their destination. I would have appreciated a whole night's sleep after the flight. The hotel otherwise was excellent and I do recommend it to all!

WE had to be at OIA at 5:00 AM. The Hilton was nearby and we've stayed there before, so knew what to expect. We tried the coffee maker in the evening and it didn't work. They brought us a new one immediately. The room temp control was obscure and they took care of it immediately. We asked for a 4 AM wake up call and got it exactly at 4 AM. Check in and out was quick and easy and the shuttle was on time, warm and friendly. Good experience.

Better if breakfast is included.

To begin, this place is nice. Super clean, with big, comfortable rooms and a free shuttle to the airport. Walking distance from the chicken wing restaurant with scantily-clad waitresses (review form scans for questionable words), Denny's, Sonny's BBQ, a convenience store, and more. The basics are covered and if you can get in for less than $100, it's a great deal. However...Here's my list of grievances:[...] There is no outdoor whirlpool. I asked at the desk about it and they said there are whirlpool rooms (not ours), but there was never an outdoor whirlpool. My wife noticed that the brochure in the room describes the outdoor whirlpool. [...]3. The breakfast buffet is pretty good, but it's also $10 per person. 4. There is a hi-definition television in the room, but the signal is standard def. If there was a way to switch to hi-def programming, I couldn't figure it out.

The hotel was close to the airport but hardly any noise from the jets. But we asked for a wake-up call at 3:30am but they called at 2:30am made for a long day especially we had a time change and we we re looking forward to two extra hours of sleep. They seam short staffed I went to the desk to have may pass key updated and had to wait 15 minutes for there mistake, I stayed two nights and they inactivated the pass after the first night, in which I waited 10 minutes to be served.
