Unbeatable location for the price
The staff greeted us every time they saw us. This made us feel wanted and they went out of their way to fill our every wish. We WILL be returning to this hotel on our next trip, that is for certain. The hotel is on a quite street and only 1 block off international drive, a perfect location!

Great accommodations
The rooms are spacious, clean and the pool was very nice. The only downside for me was that the breakfast didn't have much variety or not great quality. I would stay there again.

Decent hotel for the money
This hotel is centrally located to the theme parks and to many family restaurants .If you have a rent a car the location is great . The cleaning staff was not thorough on a daily basis.

Very Nice
Very nice, comfortable hotel. We arrived late and the room was ready for us. We booked in December and had asked for a guest suite with 2 queen beds. We received one King bed and were unable to change as the hotel was fully booked (Spring break) We managed. It was a small room but ok for the 2 of us. No vanity in the bathroom to put your essentials on. The hotel provided us with a table which worked well. It was very close to International Drive without being right on it so we found it nice and quiet and the bed was comfortable. Free breakfast was ok and shuttles also ok. We would recommend this hotel

Hotel close to I-Trolley on International Drive. This is a definite must do. Lots of stops along the way and very inexpensive. $1.25 or a day pass for $4.00. well worth it.

Fantastic family getaway
We attended 4 Disney World Parks.The shuttle bus came on time but we spend a lot of time to reach Epcot due to many stops. But it was much better than take taxi. So thank you so much for great time.

Excellent stay
We went on a family vacation with our two children 10 and 13, my son is alergic to Protein milk, so we find it hard to find things for him specially for breakfast, so this hotel was perfect because the kitchen worked perfect for us, it has refrigerator, microwave, stove, plates, pans and all, plus the dinner table, and the kids slept in another room with their own TV, plus its minutes to Universal Parks, Wet & Wild and Premium Outlets, so we had a great time.

Can't recommend due to theft of iTouch
I cannot recommend this hotel due to the theft of a $300.00 Apple iTouch from our locked room the first day we were there. The room we had was a suite...good economy and clean and pleasant enough with a nice pool, a half basketball court, and free breakfast. Staff was nice enough but not very concerned about the theft. Bus to Universal is 10 minutes but to Disney an hour with many stops. Staff was nice but many spoke little english. If it hadn't been for the theft I would have recommended it for those going primarily to Universal and looking to economize.

Very pleasant stay
Very nice stay for 5 day trip to attend daughters college graduation. The hotel is tucked back off the main drag, but we had gps, so we found it easily. Check-in was a breeze, as was check-out. No surprises or hidden fees. Breakfast was OK, could have had more fruit, and those pre-formed omelets are a little scary. Pool area is way too small, and people saving loungers by placing a towel on them at 8am, then showing up at 11am should be against the law. Managers reception was OK, beer was a little flat. One bedroom suite was very nice, comfortable, and roomy. The A/C blows directly on the sofa-bed, so get an extra blanket. House keeping was great, was surprised when they ran the dishwasher for us! Was by an exit, elevators, and employee area, but had no problems with noise. Wi-Fi was great, usually very fast, reliable and secure. All in all a great stay and would highly reccommend.
