Excellent!
I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights in early November. It is about 5 minutes by the free shuttle to Universal Studios. The shuttle picks up twice a day and drops off once per day(I think). It is extremely convenient to use. I only went to the breakfast once and never to the managers reception. The breakfast is typical of most hotels. Eggs, english muffins, cereal, etc. I stayed in the one bedroom suite which works out great. Shower was hot, everything in the kitchen worked. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice Hotel
All the employees were very nice, the breakfast was ok, the beds are very comfortable, location was good about 1/2 block from International Drive but there were other hotels directly on I-drive that were less expensive. For this reason only I would not stay here again.

Clean Comfortable hotel
This was perfect for our needs - close to all the parks - clean and spacious accomodations. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Great for families who want the extra room
The hotel was conveniently located near Universal Studios and International Dr. The hotel is a little older so has the usual wear and tear but overall it was clean and comfortable. Having a suite vs a room gives you that extra room you need for more comfort. Breakfast was great and what a savings if you have a large family. Happy Hour was a pleasant addition also! Will definitely keep this on my list of hotels to stay at again.

Unbeatable location for the price"
Well it was a family trip we visited the parks at Universal we also drove to the beach which it was an hour away it was great, the shopping malls and outlets where close by and all kinds of restaurants too.

Nothing Special
The girl at the desk was very polite and helpful. Having to go to the front desk for ice - from the 6th floor - you've got to be kidding. Was a convienient location.
