Great stay for all 6 of us ladies!
The desk help was so so helpful and polite. The location worked well for us to get to Port Canaveral the next morning. the breakfast was very good. A variety of restaurants were within walking distance. Six of us ladies stayed together for the beginning of our 10 day vacation. So nice to be together.

Great place to stay!
My husband and I and our adult son travelled to Florida for a family wedding and to visit disney world. We had a 1 bedroom suite which was perfect for us. The beds were comfortable, the room always clean and the free breakfast was excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful. My son tried to sleep on the sofa bed one night and it was in pretty bad condition but since we had 2 beds in the bedroom it was not a big problem. It was located very close to Disney and there was shopping nearby. We had a rental car but their was a free shuttle to the Disney parks. Overall a good experience.

Disney Trip
Hawthron Suites is in a great location near Disney World, Universal Studios, and dining and bars. The staff was great, the complimentary breakfast was good and the free shuttle to Disney was nice as well. I would stay here again and recommend this hotel to any of my friends.

Nana and Grand daughter getaway
Hotel was very nice, Continenal Breakfast was great. We traveled to Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, Sea World & Epcot all within 6 miles. Enjoyed all the gift shops close by. One of the better trips I've had.

Advertising led to mild disappointment
Conveniently located to many attractions. Hotel & room were very clean, staff were very friendly. Sadly tho the tissues & toilet paper were of the lowest quality imaginable. There was no dish cloth, no dish soap so we had to wash our dishes with a face cloth. No ice cube trays, nothing to use in the microwave. Extra pillows (in cases) found in the closet looked like they had not been laundered after the previous guests. Armrests on sofa & chair seemed soiled. Carpet was wet at entrance to kitchen.

Excellent hotel, great breakfast!
Excellent hotel, great location for Disney, great breakfast, the room was nice with all the appliances for cooking. Free shuttle to Disney. And very near to Orlando Premium Outlets I would definitely come back to this hotel.

THE VERY BEST
BY FAR, ONE OF THE BEST HOTELS WE HAVE STAYED AT IN THE LAST 5 YEARS . FROM THIS LOCATION WE WERE IN CLOSE POINTS OF ALL THE MAIN ATTRACTIONS ( SEAWORLD, UNIVERSAL AND DISNEY, ) NOT TO MENTION CLOSE TO ALL SHOPPING CENTRES AND THERE ARE PLENTY.THE HOTEL STAFF VERY VERY KIND. BREAKFAST SELECTION WAS GREAT. WOULD DEFINATLEY STAY AT THIS HOTEL CHAIN AT THIS LOCATION AND LOOK FORWARD TO STAYING AT HAWTHORN SUITES AGAIN , AS A MATTER OF FACT WE WILL BE MAKING SURE TO MAY THEM FIRST ON OUR TRAVEL PLANS FOR HOTEL ACCOMIDATIONS. WEL DONE HAWTHORN SUITES

Great Disney Vacation
The hotel was great. My only complaint was it seemed that we came back for a nap around 1pm every day with my daughter and that was when they wanted to clean the room every day. We had asked for earlier or later but there was a language barrier. I should have asked at the front desk. Hotel was clean, pool was nice, staff was friendly and the breakfast was good, especially since it was included.
