Grande Villas Resort

Clean but walls between condos were thin- we could hear the people next to us talking easily. Grounds were nice but many updates although new still seemed to be a lower quality of product or workmanship. Beds were ok if you like a very firm bed. Shower had lack of space to place shampoo, soap, etc.

The Cypress pointe Resort is close to many attractions and to the Wide World of sports and the Orlando convention center where our daughter's Volley ball tournament took place.Our only complaint was that there was no room cleaning while we were there for 5 days, although fresh towels were brought whenever we called. The suite was well appointed, spacious and had everything we needed.

staff was great, hotel location perfect, everything was good the pools, game room, mini golf, etc. the only downside i had was that there is no housekeeping, but overall great i would defenetly go back.

Visited elderly family and son, plus contacted old friend. One sink stopper in bathroom was not draining properlly. Toaster did not work. Coffee packages did not specify as to how many cups it would make, therefore made weak coffee as i supposed that the package would make 12 cups. annoying. over all the outside amenities were fine.

We stayed for two nights while going to the Disney parks. The location is very convenient. All in all we were happy with the resort. We had a two bedroom unit, which was clean and spacious. Having a kitchen and laundry was nice. We would stay there again.

the location was fantastic, the volcano pool was a big hit with the kids. We did not use the pool in the grande villas where we were but it looked nice. Our condo in the grande villas had no dishwasher so for an extended stay you might want to make sure you have it . Rooms were spacious. Downside was shower in second bath did not work well, more hot than cold, difficult to adjust. Also, I read in other posts about the carpet being filthy and it was. You just walk on it and you are covered in black dirt on your feet. They have tile in other parts of the condo, they should consider making it all tile. Also, not too happy they wanted to charge us $10 a day to use the room safe.

This is our second time staying here. The first time we rented a one bedroom villa which was very nice. This time we rented the two bedroom villa. The place was very clean, had a full kitchen, washer/dryer, large flatscreen TV in the living room, and the second full bathroom was fantastic. The location could not have been better. It is very close to the Disney parks and SeaWorld. Great pools and playground for the kids.

When we arrived we were shocked to see the room and its features. Two flat screen t.v.'s, full kitchen with plates and cups and cooking pots and pans. The bathroom had stand in shower and full size tub. The room itself was small but made up for it with all the features. No one approached me about a time share which made me happy. Will be back and stay again.

I stayed at this hotel for a week. This hotel is only a few blocks from the main Disney entrance, making it a great place to stay if you have children and going to Disney. I visited right before the summer rush so it was relatively quite. But this is definitely a busy Hotel with many children. If you don't like children in and about the pool and hallways this is not the place for you. During my stay it was very quite and had no problems concerning privacy and safety. There security is unobtrusive and vigilant. At check in you are given a parking permit. And I always had a spot in front of my villa. After reading several negative reviews of this place I found no such issues with my visit. My room was immaculate.(no mold or dirty walls and rugs) And the bed was very comfortable. The air conditioning worked great and the rooms had fans as well. There was plenty of hot water and good water pressure.( I like long hot baths )The only thing I can complain about is what ever they use to deodorize the elevator and rooms is very strong and can be distracting at first. I found that if you leave the AC on it dissipates and its OK. No matter who I bumped into, the staff where all smiles and friendly. The pools where great and the jacuzzi was hot and powerful. If you like Spanish food you must try HAVANAS CUBAN restaurant which is only a couple of blocks away. Joe's Crab Shack is only good for drinking and crab legs. There lobster is tough as nails. The place is very rowdy and noisy. There are many places to eat but I traveled to my favorite places. So what more can I say, I had a great time!

Very friendly staff, spotless suite, everything you need in the suite. Just like home, only better! Would definately stay here again. Exceptional accomodations for the price. Less than a mile from Downtown Disney.
