Grand Beach

NOT what they claim to be and not a Diamond! Bugs, dirt and unhelpful staff. Dishes dirty, floors dirty, bed bugs. Itched the whole time there. They claim to be "4 Seasons or Ritz Carlton" like but, NOT!! We have stayed in many other places in Orlando... keep looking DO NOT BOOK here. Terrible place.

For the cost of the room I was expecting more. I did not realize that becuase it was a resport that the rooms are not cleaned daily and in addtion that the sheets where very dirty and we had to get teh them changed. In addtion, to Sprit Airlines being delayed both onthe way down and the way back over seven hours the hotel and the plane ride was not acceptable at all. Lego land was great and my wife and son enjoyed it very much as well.

Pay all that for a room and not have internet included! Really? Extravagant facility and cant swing the inclusion of internet access, Just does not make sense.

only problem i had was located the place, besides that it was a beautiful place.

I booked a 3 bedroom/3 bath apartment to share with my extended family for a 3 night stay. We were there to meet up with some other family members visiting from another state for a 'mini family reunion'. Yet another family member booked another room adjacent to ours for the same reason. It was an economical choice because we shared the cost of the apartment and since it has a full kitchen with dishes, pots & pans, etc., we were able to cook there and not eat out. Everyone loved the rooms, comfortable beds, jacuzzi tubs and big screened-in porch. The pools were very nice & they had activities for kids. We hope to stay there again for another reunion next year.

We booked a last minute trip with family to visit my sister and her newborn baby. The price was great and we had plenty of room. Didn't visit the parks but hotel was in a great location if you plan too.

The staff was very friendly. I didn't like the fact that you check in then have to go get your parking pass from another person who is trying to sale time share. They try to get you to go to a meeting about the time share by offering you discounts on tickets. I was there to spent time with my family not sit in a time share meeting. I declined and the guy made me feel like I was missing out on the greatest. Other than that the rooms were very nice.

the rooms were great.nice size and the balcony was a nice size.

The hotel is really timeshare condos. If you are good at saying no to the pitch to go to a pitch, or want free stuff, you will have a perfect vacation because except for that, everything is fantastic. Condos are clean, spacious, well appointed-- screened in porches big enough for meals. Close to WDW and nice lakefront. The hammocks are nice for relaxing. Lots of kid options on site too.

We went to Epcot and Cirque Du Solei-Nouba. Daytona Beach and Clear Water Beach. Liked the location in Orlando close to everything and both the Atlantic and Golf beach were close. The soliciting of the time share and it took longer than the 1 1/2 promised us. This was not due to questions that would of delayed this. I really liked the amenities the Resort had to offer. Washer/dryer big plus. two pools and hot tubs. Basketball court and fishing. the spacious rooms with everything you would ever need on vacation, fully stocked kitchen, ironing board and iron, hair dryer etc.........
