all employees were very polite and answered all questions intelligently

i took a lot of tours went and seen family it was a good hotel it just needs more shopping centers close. but i enjoyed my stay and everything was good

The front desk at this hotel **closes at 11pm**. The building is locked and there is no way to check in.I arrived from a west coast flight and ended up out in the cold with no place to sleep after a cross-country trip. [...] should make clear that you CANNOT check into this hotel if you are arriving on an evening flight (travel time from MCO is about 30 minutes).

The hotel was average, but priced well. The room we requested was non-smoking; however it smelled like smoke. I reported it, but there were no other rooms. He did offer me some spray, so I sprayed down the room. The front desk told me if it did not get any better to report it in the morning and they would try to get me another room. They were very helpful! The rooms are cleaned once every seven days. Also, we stayed next to a room with a dog, which barked quite a bit. Overall, it is a good place to stay. In Orlando there is so much to do you do not really spend much time at the room.

Just what I wanted. Friendly staff. Clean and quiet rooms. Comfortable bed. Great price.

I pick this hotel by mistake. I really wanted the one that is in Vineyard Road, near to Universal Studios. We try to change the hotel but it was too late. But, anyway, we only slept at the hotel, so, it was great.

I was unprepared for a hotel that did not furnish, what I considered basic, e.g shampoo. When asked "it has been back ordered". Staff could not give directions to the taxi cab driver. Staff gave me walking directions to my business destination that put me in the opposite area I needed to be in. The room was comfortable for one person, as it was a studio. Room was clean, although I did not know what "extended stay" meant when I made my reservations. (Cleaning, linen replacement-once a week. Although any linen could be turned in for clean as needed, at the front desk). I liked the floor plan. Internet was accessible for a small fee. The customer service was prompt an helpful. Location is beautiful. Few choices for dining if you did not have a car.

Hotel was in need of some upkeep. Had to kill a spider in the bathroom on the first night. Pretty small room as well. It was just ok for the money.

The Extended Stay Deluxe Orlando Maitland had all the regular amenities and much more for half the cost of the regular hotel chains. The full kitchen and dining area sure beat carrying an ice bucket to the ice machine at other hotels. I originally selected this hotel because of it's close location to my son's apartment. From now on an Extended Stay hotel will be my first choice traveling anywhere.
