Excellent value
Well located in the Disney area, I was warmly greeted and offered information on nearby restaurants, etc of which there were many. The rates were fantastic compared to other hotel/motels in the vicinity. I was attending a seminar at a neaby resort which had sold out its rooms requiring I stay elsewhere. The rates here were $100 per night less than the resort's "special" room rates and they were only 1 mile apart.

Although just the standard Friday's menu, the staff in the nearby Fridays is extremely outgoing and make strangers feel at home, especially in the bar area.

This hotel is beautiful. The rooms are a great size and comfortable. Their location is easy to find and not far from stores and restaurants. The only thing slightly disappointing was their free breakfast. But with a kitchen in your room it can easily be overlooked!

Short Stay
We arrived in Florida earlier than expected, and needed a place for one night. Extended Stay was clean, comfortable, roomy enough for the four of us. Pool area was great for the kids, and the grills were very convenient to make dinner(and save some money on eating out.) We would definitely stay here again!

close to Disney
Had a nice stay except the obvious marijuana stentch filling the hallways. And i have 2 children so that was a major let down of the hotel.

Delux Extended Stay Hotel
Hotel was clean and the staff was courteous and helpful. It was conveniently located near Disney and other attractions. Kitchen was not well furnished but had most essentials. It was a good value. if you are looking for an economical place to sleep after spending all your time at the parks-this is it. If you are looking for something a little up scale go elsewhere.

Average Stay
We went to this hotel because of the fact that it accepted dogs, it promoted a shuttle to Epcot, and had a good location. The location was the only true thing. The front desk woman was incredibly rude about my small dog and embarrased me by yelling at me about pet the fee across the lobby. I gladly paid but her attitude was horrible. Plus, they claim there is a shuttle to Epcot but it only leaves at 8:30 or 11:00 in the morning and the only returns are at 6:30 and 9:45 in the evening. Very limited! Not at all what was advertised! The location is very nice because it is close to all parks and there are plenty of places to eat around it. Overall, it was average.

cet hotel est pour ceux qui ont un budget moyen.Le petit déjeuner est copieux, la piscine est propre, La propreté n'est pas toujours au rendez vous; parfois la femme de ménage ne ramasse pas votre poubelle dans la chambre et les sanitaires sont comme vous les avez laissés.La climatisation dans la chambre fait du bruit la nuit.Et la télévision est d un autre âge. Parcontre nous somme à côté des parcs disney et de international drive, et juste derriere le outlet premium.

séjour a disneyworld
hotel très proche de disney world et d universal car palm parkway est très bien situé .les meubles de la chambres un peu usé , et accessoires de cuisine rudimentaires.propreté moyen.piscine très propre . petit déjeuner très bien . climatiseur de chambre un peu bruyant la nuit.
