Family Visit
Extended Stays have limited amenities so we were not expecting much. However we were pleased by the free Wi-Fi and the grab and go breakfast and coffee available in the lobby. Our room was exactly what we requested, clean, non-smoking King. For visiting family this was perfect since we only needed a place to sleep each night. The staff was super friendly and at check and the front desk attendant thoroughly explained policies so we understood what to expect. I appreciated his attentiveness in making sure we would not be surprised and completely understood the concept of Extended Stay.

Great Place
I only stayed 2 nights but I was comfortable, it was quiet, and I upgraded to the comfort bed select it was perfect.

okay for quick stays
Was okay for an overnight stay. Room was reasonably clean but hallways need some tlc. No blowdryer in bathroom is inconvenient. Small t.v. in each room. Staff at front desk did not act particularly professional...goofing around while I was checking in during a shift change.

Worst Hotel Experience Ever
My experience at the hotel [...] was horrible I will never [...] stay at this hotel again. I arrived to the hotel checked in to my room and the room was dirty, smelly, sheets were uncleaned. I asked the customer service at the front desk of the hotel by the named of [...] if he can switch my room to a clean one and he refused to transfer me to another room, was extremely rude, did not want to go out of his way to make the customer happy and to help the hotel. [...] I will never [...] stay at this hotel I do not recommend [...] the extended stay hotels to anyone. I will take this further to corporate because things were not handle properly. Stay Somewhere Else
Staff argued with us on arrival. Not very welcoming. No place to eat. Hard to get out of parking lot back onto interstate. No breakfast. We had to pay for the internet. Very small bed for 2 people.

Fair room for the price
Extended stay America Orlando- Pembrook drive. the room had very comfortable bed,but a small recliner. Had to ask for coffee and towels every day.The kitchenette could use more utensiles, nice t.v. and good sized room. All in All fair room for the money.Very easy drive to downtown.
