Enclave Suites, a Sky Hotel and Resort

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The area was nice, right next to several restaurants in walking distance. The rooms were ok. It was nice to have a kitchenette but they could use a some updating. They were clean. The pools and hot tubs were just awesome!

We had a great week stay. Loved the location because it was convenient to everything like food, shopping, etc. We did not want to rent a car so we were able to use the trolley very easily to get to everything we wanted. Loved the pools at the hotel and having a suite with a balcony. We would definitely stay again!!

The staff were the friendliest we have ever seen at any hotel anywhere! The pools were beautiful and I was surprised at the amount of time we had them all to ourselves. The gym was very small and the machines were crowded in but I still got my workouts in. I used it 3 times and only had to share it once. The room was nice but the bed was too hard. We had a dishwasher and garbage disposal and even dishes, glasses and pots and pans which surprised me. The location was perfect! It was an awsome time and we would definitely stay there again.

The box bed was old and bent, the mattress was even older, the air conditioner was super loud and would not maintain temperature. The vending machine (which happened to be on the same floor that I was) had been broken for a long time. I had to walk to a different building to buy drinks. I guess you get what you pay for!

Great view of the lake from our room but everytime we call "frontdesk" from our phone, it's either a busy tone, they do not pick up, or it takes them a long time to pick up. For their housekeeping, they don't replace our soaps or shampoos. The staff are friendly though.

We stayed in the executive guest room which was not the greatest. Hotel needs major remodel and some bleach! The free breakfast, well was free lol. Some of the hotel staff were friendly but some were not. We stayed here 2 years ago and seems to have gotten worse. My wife wouldn't even take a shower!

The Executive suite first given me was not as nice as I thought it would be from the pictures. The mattress of the bed was not good and the cover when they thought they could just "fix" it was dirty. However, they gave me another room it and the bed was much better. The staff was very accommodating. Unfortunately, there was a break-in on the ground floor just under our room that was unpleasant. The grounds were nice as were the pools. It would have been nice to have ice machines on each floor.

This hotel is located one block from Magic Midway, a very fun carnival style arcade with go-carts, a crazy 300ft+ swing ride and the fear inspiring two person bungee ride that rocked our world!! literally. There are multiple great restaurants within walking distance, not to mention Wet n' Wild watermark only 2 blocks away!! The hotel itself is lacking on available staff for the front desk...had to wait about 5-10 minutes when checking in and out. The building and rooms itself seem a little dated as well, but the balcony view in each room was spectacular. The pools are open late and seemed to be in great condition. I would definitely recommend this hotel to someone who wants to be close to everything and have a great balcony view versus someone who is looking for stellar service and brand new hotel. We enjoyed our stay at Enclaves greatly...we were on the balcony most of the time when actually in our room, or else walking around or in the pool.
